They are not answer the call third class rooms totaly waste my money dont prefer this hotel oyo also not answer the call they need only sale not about your problems

This hotel is the filthiest and most pathetic hotel in Kolhapur. I had booked this place for 16th July 2019, and just wanted to see the accomodation before I pay. The rooms were so dirty that I almost puked. This experience also kind of bittered my Kolhapur visit.Also, the hotel staff are rude, arrogant, and hostile; they were behaving as if they are doing a favour on me by letting me a room.

Stay was bad parking was not available. Connectivity road was not good

Worst experience...,wish i could give no stars. The hotel is worst hotel I have ever stayed at...! Impolite behavior of staff..., Room was nasty, stains on bedding and on frame of the bed..., very poor room service, electric appliances are not working properly, rooms are very suffocating and unhygienic, the bathroom was unclean and the towel like sand paper and the blankets seems like never washed ever.., I get affected by skin infection after that worst visit, Im very disappointed.
