Very very poor,Room is big n spacious, but very poor maintenance. Bathroom is ugly and unhygienic. Drainage right in front of hotel. Not worth >1kRs.

Rude staff, we reached the place at 4 pm and nobody was at the reception. Called the number and It was of the owner who was at his home. He said he will get some one in 5 minutes but 15 minutes no one came. Later I found that the guy was sleeping behind a curtain at the reception. I had to go there and shake him to wake him up but he still didnt budge. After waking him more forcefully he got up and looked at me angrily for disturbing his beauty sleep. He didnt even say sorry and didnt have the courtesy to show us the rooms.

Room service is poor otherwise chief and best..

I stayed in this hotel with my family on 29 th May-19. Hotel rooms at first floor. There is no lift & hotel service to carry our luggage. A/C Rooms with toilet & bathroom are good. We can reach in Mahalaxmi mandir within 5-7 minutes. Staff is co-operative.

Very good place to stay...very clean rooms, good staff, must visit if you are planning to stay near by mahalaxmi temple.Soft beds will vanish all your travel stress.I found it very relaxing and peaceful place and also very close from mahalaxmi temple.

No restaurant. Tea and breakfast served in the morning between 8 to 9 is cold.No elevator.Bathroom taps are leaking.At ground level there is a hall for various functions. Its noisy whenever there is function.Staff is cooperative.

Pls note it is not OYO anymore. They dont care about customer if you paid online as they have conflict with OYO. We booked it online and paid the money but they were not allowing us to check in coz OYO does not make the payment. We had to suffer a lot. They dont know customer service or relationship. Pathetic experience. do not book this Hotel and look for another property to stay in Kolhapur.

Good rooms at average price. All rooms are at second floor and there is no lift facility. Hot water 6 am to 8 am. Walking distance to Mahalakshmi is 30 min

Good place to stay overnight in Kolhapur. Walkable distance from temple. Nice room. Nice staff. They have good parking facility.

Rooms were not very clean. Balcony smelt of urine. Hot water and tea were not available early morning. The surrounding location and approach to the reception area with the building itself is not very hygienic.

Good thing about this property is that it is close to temple. There is no lift so old-age people get little difficulty . Also service is not as expected from oyorooms. Rooms are clean.

Inside the kolhapur city it is one of the best budget hotels to stay close to the Ambabai Temple. Has a good indoor parking structure and decently maintained clean rooms.

The hotel room are nice. But the rooms had multiple bindis etc stuck on various places which is displeasing.Overall very good hotel for the price.

The TV was not working. The Wi-Fi was not was not working properly.

Restaurant is not available. Breakfast is arranged but as in house facility is not available, breakfast and tea served are cold and delayed. Need improvement in this aspect.

Please avoid this hotel, placed in dirty location. No restaurant avlbl, no hot water, dirty lenins, below average maintainence...and free breakfast is horrible.

Cleanliness and Service quality was good.

Experience was very bad, actually we were traveling from long distance almost 12 hrs journey along with a small kid and when we reached at hotel 18:00 hrs, hotel staff denied to give us the Check-in saying that they have stop contract with oyo but it was not true because we had seen our booking which was featuring on hotel oyo tab though we have book the hotel well in advance still they didnt give us the room which was booked under our name if the contract was cancelled then thereshould be intimation about the same need to be send to us which was not done and if the contract was cancelled then how can hotel is using oyo banner.then hotel staff told that they dont have rooms available because they have wedding group booking for tomorrow but then after also they have given a room to walkin gust actually they dont want to give us the our booked to us as they wanted to sell the same at high rate, as they have taken the wedding group booking this was an actual unethical experience which we received for advance room booking and after we have to take room in another hotel on emergency basis at high rate which was again an big loss for us.
