Very bad service at CC department. Last three months they are promising me additional funds which is sanctioned will be transfer on my account; but till date it is not transferred. They are not giving properreply to me. Please look into the matter and reply me.

Absolutely worst customer service from a bank that calls themselves Multinational. Ive been facing a few technical issues with the bank from last 1 year. The branch people did not provide any support or help to get it resolved.I tried to talk to the branch manager, the employees didnt even let me reach the managers cabin.I contacted ICICI customer care for my problem. After juggling with them for 3 months, their answer was your device is not compatible for our services, we cant help you!They promise you all these modern banking facilities before opening the account, and afterwards, they deny their responsibility by saying your device is not compatible; instead of upgrading their services.I requested branch people to raise a complaint from branch level to the head office. I did not get any cooperation with that either.I strongly NOT recommend you this bank, if youre planning to use modern banking facilities.

Their is no any other contact given by bank officials except tollfree number which never get connect with bank....kindly give landline number of all branches...because customer gets trouble when they couldnt make a call to bank n take details about bank.....

Right place for bank very spacious also available multiple atmThere is too much place for parking
