Hotel location is excellent (close to C Shahumaharaj Terminus). The first thing that registers is the more than ample space for parking as the hotel is situated on a large property. The rooms are adequate for a couple of nights stay without being outstanding. Buffet breakfast is part of the price and it is a simple one with about 3-4 items (bread with jam&butter, poha, cornflakes). The dining can be done in a garden setting which is a nice way to start the day. Close to Mahalaxmi Temple as well.

The hotel is situated nearby central bus stand. Easy access and spacious. Very silent place near in city for hotel. One of the experience that i found is slow service in giving food. And behavior of waiters was not upto the mark as per known place we were expected.

Hotel is not different from advertised. Hotel staff is aware of the pendamic guidelines and that could be one of the reasons for them to be not receptive. Room decor is 20 years old which is not a bad thing as it seems to be there theme and they do the job of maintaining it pretty well. Breakfast could be better (I wouldnt recommend it). Overall an average experience for me.

Stayed here for a Night with Family on Dec 20th while we were driving from Bengaluru to Mahabaleshwar. Its a huge property. It was a pit stop also and got a great offer through MakemyTrip.The Hotel is very near to Mahalaxmi Temple and the complimentary breakfast which was served also was good. Room was clean and had all the facilities for the Family. Will definitely recommend for my Friends and will come back if I am around Kolhapur.

The hotel has a beautiful premises with plantation, garden etc.. Food quality is excellent. Event halls suitable for family functions, corporate programs and traditional functions as well. However, the building is quite old. Both building and surrounding gardens need better maintenance.

Excellent location opposite Kolhapur Railway Station which gives you great options for food, shopping and 2km from Mahalakshmi temple. Hotel has a huge campus of lush greenery which is excellently maintained and gives you a sense of privacy which is hard to find being in the centre of the city. Among the best price to value hotels I have been in this segment. Rooms are spacious, windows are big for those who prefer Non A/C rooms, reasonably clean and service is prompt. Mattresses are in between firm and soft. You also get a private patio created with trees for rooms on the ground floor. Staff is very helpful, polite and provide you the best room options upfront without being cheeky over the price. I did not try the food as Im vegetarian and the hotel provides all options. Tea was decent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with family and children. Evenings can be a little intrusive as they have a fully functional bar service similar to the atmosphere of a gymkhana but there were no crowds for the days I checked in and was peaceful. 4+ star hotels like Sayaji are simply overpriced for the value they offer.

Recently I have been there for my friends wedding.This is located near Basant Bahar talkies.Very beatiful place it is.They have different sections in the hotel.Its all arounded with beautiful trees and greenery.Food and service was also good.For a wedding its a really nice place to book.

Good place close to all the important locations of the city. Hot water clean bedding an fresh towels, stayed only for a night. The only flaw if I had to put would be the breakfast needs some improvement. Stay wise no issues at all.

Way too big parking.This is one of the semi vintage properties in Kolhapur. lavishly spread in acres of land.Big rooms with old furniture is the combination here. But the property has started to show its age now. Fittings are old, furniture in room is old, overall the feel of the hotel is old and not in a particularly good way.The room i stayed in was ground floor room with an attached 10x10 seat out (🙀 I know right!!). Very very old airconditioner with buttons and switches. No flatscreen tv, an old box tv (and it shows color picture!!) Overall the room seemed wearing off but still comfortable.Food here is amazing! No matter what you order, they make is super awesome. If you are into mutton, make sure you have kala (black) mutton!!Staff is supportive (I have only good experiences about kolhapur!!)I guess they would be changing the interiors and some furniture in near future (they should)

The property is located centrally and you can visit mahalakshmi mandir in 10 mins via rickshaw... at the outset the property looks lavish... the area is big and surrounded by greenery... the whole property has a marriage hall as well...we were offered an upgrade to executive rooms as standard rooms were unavailable.. the rooms were big, comfortable and really good for money... the bathrooms were neat and well kept...TV was old but all channels played so no complaints ...the room was neat, clean and felt homely... the only thing that left us with a sour taste was their breakfast... there was a wedding family staying and they had clubbed their breakfast with other guests as well... idly was..sambar had oil floating on top and chatni was tasteless.. there was bread butter and jam and fruits included cut bananas with their skin on.... the first time I left the breakfast hungry... I hope they improve their breakfast...if you are looking for overnight stay this is a great place but if it is for a leisure stay then u might skip this
