Very Good place for cultural and meeting events.

They have 3 halls located in the center of the city.Big hall at the ground floor has a capacity of 250-300 people and has a projector, screen and speakers.Another hall of medium size in at the first floor and has a capacity of 100-120 people but doesnt have the projector or the screen. Though they have speakers and amplifier.The conference hall has a capacity of 80 people. It also does not have a projector but contains speaker and an amplifier.They provide mics for all the halls. They can also provide the extension cables but they have only 1-2 extension cables for all the halls. So dont rely on them for the extension cables.The cost of all 3 halls is affordable but the halls and the building looks every old.

Very old yet maintain theatre. Theatre has air conditioner but has lots of mosquitoes, better if you wear full sleeve clothing. Capacity of 800 people approximately. They have an art gallery, where photos and art work in exhibited all the time. There is also a book exhibition Whole year which is right beside art gallery. National trust books are available. Talking about parking, its done oN the ground near the main building .

Had a function here. The hall is kind of small for a huge function. They do have a room for viewing through a projector which is advantageous. The place is good. Mike system also good. Wish there were more wireless systems in place, but will do.

A very good place for small functions. 80-100 people can easily seat and enjoy the function or ceremony. And its in the main city. Parking also available at near ground. Bathroom and toilet is not that well maintained.

Its a very good hall with good acoustics. Musical performances are arranged here.

I given only 3 stars because we do enjoy the events here but when you see the conditions of toilets they are not at all hygienic and worth using....If the management is unable to handle it... Please make it available on use and pay basis.

Maintenance can be much better. Although it was good to use a non smelly washroom, the other maintenance needs more attention

This bhavan is very old but it is ok for small programs. On every 2nd sunday there is program of Heartfulness Meditation at 7:30am sharp its free to attempt.

The hall can accommodate around 150-200 people, usually government functions are conducted here. Good place for conferences but getting permission to them here is a hectic process.

Best for public events and management is too good,, there are 3 halls in shahu smarak one big hall on ground floor , second hall is on first floor ,, and third hall is reporter hall which is smallest ,, the charges are also low so it is convenient too
