For beginners, I highly recommend the FLG group with the authors program of the trainer Alina. A great way to get involved in the training process and get your body in order under the careful control and motivation of a trainer.

Great room, roomy! I really like the big hall of group programs. Attentive and positive instructors. In working condition, all the simulators. In the morning hours are freer. There are Finnish and Turkish saunas (steam). A huge plus, in my opinion. There is a solarium. Recommend!
