WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! 😡😡😡First of all Ambience was dull. Feels like bhoot mahal. Literally no one was there and tables were empty at 8:30 PMWe ordered Sepcial mutton thali and Egg Thali.Thalis were actually looking good but then we tasted Pandhra rassa; and it was just tastes like hot water with some black papper in it. It really did not taste good. Then we sip Tambda Rassa and it was so salty. I think they forgot to add salt in Pandhra rassa added twice salt in Tambda. 😅Worst thing was when i asked for SolKadhi. They give me 2 spoon of solkadhi mixed with gallon of water. You can see in the picture.Mutton was actually good no complains about that. But the oomph of a taste was not found.As per my experience 450 for a Thali is not worth it. I hope owner of the restaurant should see this reviews.

Good food and ambiance, parking 5 cars and 15 2 wheelers available. Theres waiting due to limited seats. Washroom is well maintained.

The entire place is shut for renovations as.was damaged due to floods. Surprisingly, the webpage doesnt mention Closed and so we wasted at least 30 mins driving back and forth. Whats shocking, the person at the restaurant said he could arrange to cook food for us and we could dine in one corner... I didnt know whether to appreciate or get upset! Anyways, best wishes for them to reopen. May be will visit at a later date.

First time visited this place and we have ordered Mutton Tali which costs around 400. Food was excellent, mutton was properly cooked and service is very good. They also serves paan after meal. This restaurant is very good place for family. Ambience is also nice. Overall I really liked this place.

Had mutton thali over here and mutton was well cooked and soft..taste was good, took 20-30 minutes to serve food maybe because we ordered 4 different thali. Ambience was also good.

This a SUPER place for Maharashtrian food. Patlachawada as the name suggests has the rich Mahashtrian ambiance curdled with function modern facilities.The toilets were super clean. There are various dining halls that they offer.The staff is polite and quick too.Talking about food, its finger licking good. The authentic taste of Maharashtrian food could be felt within one bite. They serve Thali and also Al-a-carte menu.Cost wise, I felt they were just right for the ambiance and quality food they are providing. An Egg Thali was no more than ₹200/-.If you are in Kolhapur next time, make sure you visit this place for one lunch or dinner.

Spacious, clean. Good service. Prices are on higher side if compared with other authentic kolhapuri food hotels. For Veg thali zunka should be added instead of serving curd. InNon Veg Mutton thali, kheema was good but mutton had more bone then meat. Overall a OK experience food wise.

Food quality is good but seems cost of food is high as its in heart of city.Dont rely on gavran seems they dont provide pure gavran.Hotel interior is very authentic like its name and hygiene is also maintained

This place has great ambience. The interior is quite superb. The food is great in taste. The prices are a little bit higher, but it is somehow justified for the place that has been built and the ambience that it offers, and also the quantity that is being offered. One must try is their spcl mutton thali, the qty, taste and texture of mutton is great. They offer unlimited rassa (both pandhra and tambda). However, the entire thali is not unlimited.

I would this palce has a grand entrance, but look like the interiors are designed buy local architect. Interior and ambience could be better. I would say they tried to make interior look grandiose with cheap materials, so that is why the outcome. Food here was delicious, staff was good and courteous, service was damn slow, hated to wait for the food when I was hungry. Took us 2 hours here to receive and finish the food here which wasted my travel time. I would say good for locals but for travellers I would just say the food is good but the service is slow.

Awesome Interiors. Great entrance lobby which is matching the name Patlacha Wada. Food quality is also very good. Surprisingly you can get Maharashtrian veg snack items also. Good combination. Also Bar is there. But entry is separate and separated from restaurant so you can enjoy drinks also. Its just like one stop shop. Service is also very nice. Overall its very good experience.

Ethnic decor in Maratha style creates an inviting ambience.With separate bar and restaurent provides good environment for its patrons.Located just outskirt of busy central city part is added advantage.Parking of vehicles though is an unattended detail.Bar menu is elaborate, decor fine, staff polite and price resonable, though locals may find it on higher side.Food was expected spicy in maratha style but turned out to be just hot and not anywhere near maratha taste.Food portion is more than adequate.Trained professional staff is the shortcoming at the moment.

A very nice place for dinner or drinks. The ambience is out of the world, rich and royal. The food is quite nice, not too expensive and quick service. A must recommend to any guests who wish to experience kolhapuri good.

The ambience is awesome...compared to the ambience the rates are very much reasonable...food was tasty, we also tried fish and it was fresh and tasty, recommended...suggestion is dont go for ready to eat frozen chicken items because their manager agrees that it is not fresh and might not taste that good..the service was overall good...and to finish with they serve paan which is free

The food is awesome, ambience is awesome.i love the artefacts displayed,some of the pieces are just out of this world.food is excellent.whenever we are in Kolhapur we do visit this place.parking however is a huge problem,had to park in the bylanesThis time during the pandemic we went a couple of days back, for both lunch and dinner unfortunately the experience was a wee bit disappointing on both the occasions . No temperature checking was done nor we were saintized. It seems the ac wasnt working during the lunch time so it was stuffy. The same veg thali menu was repeated for dinner. The boys didnt bother to fill in water once the glass was empited during the dinner nor did they fill pandara/thamda ras.Still I would recommend this place as one time bad experience cannot erase the good meals we are used to having.and do observe their unique fans which doubles like light in the eating area.

I heard about this place a lot in pune and hence decided to give it try during my visit to Kolhapur.It’s bang on the road so enjoys advantage of accessibility at the same time parking can be issue during peak hours.Once you reach there you will greeted by a very unique and test fully designed main gate. We were there for first time but staff members take good care by directing you to dining space. Foods comes very last part of your schedule when you are here. Entire ambience created in s such fantastic manner , you wanted to roam around , take some snaps .....beautiful and hats off.Now coming back to food. We ordered non vegetarian Thalis and other few non vegetarian dishes and we found it with average food quality, may be its authentic Kolhapuri taste and we were trying it first time.One thing for sure , you won’t regret visiting this place.Enjoy the ambience.

Overrated as the food is ok and not wow.. Had chicken, fish mutton... Chicken Angaara Or Sholey was awesome but fish and mutton was ok.Ambience, lights were awesome...The tables in the dining rooms (where the water jugs, salads, etc are kept is annoying and it looks very bad... Would be best if removed) that would also give a place for another table or two...

After unlock Bar is open but no service at bar, you had to go dinning area for lunch after drinks, if there are locals in there or bar is full then only they starts AC. Otherwise they start fan. Doesnt care about customers only they think about their profit hence not recommended for couples or buddies, if u wanna come then come with more than 6 people.

It was great experience to have food here I enjoyed lot and good thing is after dinner you will get paan here.

Food was okay. We had a veg thali, nothing extraordinary. Service was typical Indian style. Just the basics. But weird though because the restaurant was a very closed space, so everyone will hear you even if you just whisper. There were three tables of guests at that time and no one bothered to talk because everyone else will hear you.

Enjoyed a chicken thali here, although I was hoping for it to be spicy but it wasnt upto the expectations. But didnt disappoint much with service.

Great place for nonveg lovers

Nice Restaurant.- The ambiance is just fabulous. 10/10 for the setup.- Plenty of car parking space.- Food is good. However, the meat pieces were a bit cold.- Pandhra rassa served here was too good. Thick and tasty.- Serving time needs improvement. It took them around 20+ minutes to get the food. But since I was not in a hurry, it didnt matter.

When you want to savour an Indian cuisine with lots of non veg in a very cool and Indian lavish style.... In kolhapur this one is best choice...
