The staff here is kind and cooperative. I had a battery issue, they fixed it within an hour.

Friendly staff and very good service center

Staff was helpful. My mobile battery had an issue. They replaced battery. And repaired my phone in 5 hours. Now my phone is working fine as usual. The only bad thing is they give 1 month warranty after repair. I am hoping my phone will work fine even after one month. Plus as the battery is inbuilt they tell you there might be a chance of screen damage and dont take responsibility of that damage. Luckily my mobile is not having any such issues till now. Overall good experience.

Worst Experience ever.Once I gave my Moto g4+ for charging port issue. They resolved charging issue and gave me my phone with damaged mic. I asked for this issue to service center . they said, we have your written note that , repairing may causes 5% risk of phone damage. Now we cant help you. You may either leave your phone here or collect as it is with damaged mic. Their language was arrogant and inappropriate too.

0 rating. Skilled staff not available. My phone have sim detection problem. During repair display damaged. Outside Private Repairing from skilled person preferable to save time, money and phone also.

Owner is really a calm and a man with patience despite of so many people complaining about many things he handles them politely I guess thats what a Care center owner must doTalking about staff the attendant here are .. I dont know like they are stressed always I havent seen them smiling not even once.The tocken system is really good and the service is fast also but when it comes to some repair it takes time for me it took almost 6 days. But the work was done fine.Final review- Satisfied.

My brothers mobile issue was not solved. Yet he had to pay for the replaced part. After replacement also the issue was not resolved. Technicians are arrogant with Typical kolhapuri mindset of not listening to others. Front desk executives are good.

They dont know whats the actual fault with mobile even I told issue. without looking they replied cost will be 70% of actual mobile price(10000 Rs.). Services are very good but there is too much delay in repairing

Service is fast and good. Two counters. Youve to fill a form about your phone and its problem. Then submit it will mobile to the counter. After your number comes theyll call you and make you sit and tell what exactly is happening to the phone.

Zero star, dont ever trust them instead go to an of local centre when ur phone is out of warrant. I got microphone problem and charged around 500 rs but even after 2 time visit it never solved
