Authentic cuisine restaurant both for family and friends Good service from staff

Worst service. No Manager for escalation.Even one star is also over rated.

We have booked Superior AC with Double bed Option still we got the twin bed Option room. when asked manager to change the room he told first there is no room available with double bed Option, after forcing him he offered rooms (we are 2 couples traveling so requested. 2 rooms) there are 2 rooms available 1 is on 3rd floor and another is on ground. so we have settled with twin bed Option only, as we want 2 rooms side by side only. after looking at the rooms we have got there are very much cleaning option, bed sheets are dirty washrooms are not cleaned and even we found one big cockroach in washroom.I will not suggest this property to anyone.

Need Restoration but Value for Money...I stayed here 3 times in last 2 months. The Hotel Property is huge but very aged... The management needs to look into restoration and renovation.Rooms are Ok enough in size to accommodate 3 adults with extra bed. Bed linen was clean but furniture looked very old...Bathroom too is big enough in size but again needs renovation to get it modernized. A good running hot water we received without any complaints...We had a Breakfast included in the price and the breakfast was good though provided very limited options...Overall to summarize I can say we paid very reasonable price for our stay and compared to facilities, it was more than worth the price...

I visited this restaurant with my colleagues, we had some coupons using which we paid the bill. First of all the restaurant was very clean and the washroom too. There was sanitizer outside but none of the staff was wearing mask neither the manager which looked a bit problematic.Coming to the food, the food was served like after half & hour even though there were very few other customers. Just to serve the soup for starters they took an hour. Most of the food was sweet and was served with mildly hot temperature with mediocre taste while the texture being pretty good. The Naan and other rotis were decent and fulfilling.Other than food there was plenty of parking space and AC temperature was maintained appropriately. If they can improvise in their serving time which is slow enough to kill your food appetite this restaurant can do much better.

So Rush in Hotel due to coupons and many people waiting for long time so food quality is so so

A budget hotel with decent facilities in Kolhapur city.Stay: Rooms were comfortable but windows were packed as room was located on ground floor so the only ventilation in room was through the aircon. Basic toiletries were provided in room along with tea/coffee maker and small tv.Food: They have in house restaurant with a bar. Food was okay in taste but could have been better. Prices for food & drinks are similar to any other metro cities. As kolhapur is famous for food joints, there are many other options available for enjoying local food.Price: Its a budget hotel with basic amenities so 1500-2500 would be fair pricing for a room for two and not worth if beyond. Parking is available for 10-15 cars easily.Overall a good hotel for families and solo travellers looking for a basic stay when in Kolhapur. Will not recommend for business travellers as there was connectivity issue in room for Vodafone and constant chatter and noise due to proximity to main road and probably kitchen in the back🙂

Hotel tourist is dedicated towards modernization with the traditional touch of Maharashtra Culture. Hotel has clean and spacious living room which gives you feeling that you are living in your own house. Staff is too supportive and customer friendly. Food which is provided by hotel on demand in courtyard is awesome and delicious and along with dinner you get the chance of listing live music in a melodies sounds. I want to meet that singer personally and congrats him but time didnt permit so I will convey it through hotel reception. Breakfast provide by hotel in the indoor house is awesome and can make your day. Its lovely and awesome and I will post some more pictures and videos as I am here still for next few days. And try to meet that singer and listen him again.

The stay was excellent. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very professional and helpful. It is in close to the central bus stand. Parking is huge. The restaurants are amazing. The breakfast was an added bonus. One of the best hotels in Kolhapur

Hotel tourist is located near Kolhapur central bus stand. ample parking space with close circuit television and security guard is available.Reception staff and room service staff is well mannered & co operative.As compared to outside, in build restaurant food is costly but at the same time in build restaurant food is tasty.safe for old age person or solo travelers - ladies. old but maintained rooms. Lift facility is available.

T is a very nice hotel and centrally located. The staff is very friendly, co-operative, and helpful. The room was superb, furniture was nice. The food was tasty and delicious.please note: dont care about the exterior its a little old(renovation in progress) but interior is fantastic and worth your money.

Very very poor service , hotel staff is not at all co operative , right from alloting room to check out.rooms are very shabby , toilet are stinkingAC not working , changed room again the AC was not working finally I gave up. it was ok because it was winter. the same room was alloted to other customer. not ready to service. I was surprised. internet not working in room and the staff straight acknowledges. wi fi will not work in room then what is the use. this was my 1st experience. I will recommend not to visit this hotel.

The overall experience was very good. The rooms are spacious and are clean. There is coffee and tea maker in the room. The service is good and the breakfast menu has lots of options. This is very close to the Central Bus Stand. The parking space is ample. The food was really good. I liked the quick service from the staff. The breakfast was brilliant.

Hotel Tourist is a definetley one of the prime located property with good restaurant. But my suggestion is you need a small facelift for the rooms to make it look fresh & new.i am coming to this property for last 4yrs, so as a genuine customer i would suggest you this.

Good ambience. Very near to CBS bus stand. Ample parking. Good service. Also in the evening you can watch live TV on big screen while enjoying your dinner. People prefer to come in the bar here. Perfect place for evening drinks 👍.

Hotel Tourist is always our choice of stay while in Kolhapur. They are very professional and the staff is very friendly. Most importantly, it is nearby the places we wish to visit in Kolhapur. Breakfast is always tasty.Get an A/C room here than the non A/C. Non A/C room are a bit shady but are decent.

Even if it is the last hotel in the world, I would say do not book it. I stayed in this hotel with my family, And that was the worst hotel experience to date in my life. No running water in room, and inspite of several calls to housekeeping, reception and manager of hotel, they took 1hr and 50 min to deliver just one bucket of water to my room. I would like to tell MMT not to send their customers to this hotel. Staff is very non cooperative. Limited and test less items in breakfast, noisey air conditioner. All and all it was my very bad hotel experience.

Comfortable stay... I am staying here regularly since many years now...overall a good experience, The only thing is that the food is quite expensive compared to taste... Either improve the taste or reduce the rates😉

Hotel Tourist have a ample parking space, reception area is good, food quality is tasty n nice, veg and non veg food restaurant is available, good for family and friends also for get together. lodging facility is also available. Rooms are very elegant. conference hall is available.

This cost us 1460₹ per day. But the rooms were excellent for that price. The Bathrooms were clean, but out of date (no water gun). Breakfast was included too. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast with lot of options. My most satisfactory point here was the parking. There was ample parking with security cameras all over. I was riding to Goa on a Superbike, and was staying here for an overnight, and was extremely pleased at the place where I parked my bike! Highly recommend this to anyone wishing to stay overnight, or even be a Tourist visiting Kolhapur!

Good parking space for your car. Situated on main road, easily accessible to highway. Clean & economical rooms, comfortable beds. Decent and helpful staff. Complimentary Breakfast is ok. In house restaurant not recommended if you want to have the authentic Kolhapuri food.Exhaust fan in my room was fixed the wrong way - blowing outside air into the bathroom! At night, water coming out from the hot water faucet is hot only after wasting 2 to 3 buckets of cold water - a waste of precious resource. Maintenance needs improvement. Overall pretty good for the price.

The location of the hotel is very centre. The price offered to us for a single nights stay for three persons was reasonable with complimentary breakfast. It was a non Ac room clean but very old style. The bathroom was also not upto the mark. Dont be mislead by their lobby into thinking their room ambience will match it, you will be disappointed.

Mix of experience. We stayed in suite which was large, and clean.they charged 3k aĺl inclusive. Very surprising that they have latched AC at 17 degree and you cant change the temperature. Very foolish..... the breakfast was decent and staff was also quite ok..

Good Hotel with nice amenities and located centrally in Kolhapur. The hotel is near the bus stand and railway station. The food at the restaurant is quite delicious. The bathroom is spacious with a good shower . Also all toiletries are provided. The only drawback was that the Air conditioner worked poorly and by morning there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room.
