Service is very bad! But Room is very beautiful,nice, very goodService 😐😐

Hotel staff had no etiquettes about bringing the food to our room. He kept banging the door loudly until we opened. It happened twice after which I had to scold him and to which he wasnt even sorry about. Rooms are okayish with weird smell

The place is really good, with huge window, huge balcony and huge bathroom. Overall the rooms are big and clean. It does seem a bit overpriced, but in terms of room that is understandable. Though that would be the only point for me, where getting all of it at a lucrative price.Breakfast and food isnt included but that isnt expensive and the taste is good. So thats another good thing about this place.And lastly the location, its just adjacent to the road to Panhala but still has enough fresh air and serenity there.

Worse ,,,, see the response from the owner . Please before going and booking from any travel site please see the rates . Travel sites rates while booking are less but after ariveal to there hotel the owner change the rate and told some bakavass reason and chacha me 500 rs more

We had a amazing stay, Neat, clean, spacious and very well decorated rooms. Get fantastic view from balcony. Staff was polite and co-operative. Food quality was excellent and service was too good. Also arranged car for Pickup and sightseeing. Would surely recommend the hotel.

I have stayed in the property and my overall stay was very nice there. Hotel staffs behaved properly with us and the hotel amenities were fine. The property was located in a proper location which was convenient for me to reach there.

Excellent stay with Budget

Hotel Saptrang Residency has 10 rooms. This is located in Panhala which is 18-20 kms away from Kolhapur. Panhala Fort is 3-4 kms away from this hotel. It is was recently built and hence the room decor and facilities are as per current standard. We chose this hotel as we wanted to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you choose the Balcony view rooms then you will get the unobstructed view of the landscape (nearly 30 kms of the area). This is a budget hotel so dont expect luxurious amenities. If you are looking for Rs 1500 - 2000 price range then this hotel will fit into your budget. The staff - Deepak and Zameer are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our stay for 1 night in this hotel and would recommend it.

Its not a family joint. Nor is it in Panhala. I guess the owner is a nice guy, but he has a business to run.

Decent hotel for its price.. room are very spacious. Clean n big bathrooms with hot water from geyser not solar.. solar normally has problems.. room has cupboard n two huge chairs.. cable connection was closed here.. there was a balcony which offers a very scenic valley view and a little space for sitting n enjoying the morning or evening cup of tea.. service was good too. Cons was restaurant was temporarily down n food was served to rooms.Thanks for providing us a comfortable stay.

Pros: The hotel location and room view is amazing. Room was spacious and well maintained.Food was reasonably pricedConsEven though one of the rooms was good, the other one wasnt well kept at all. The bedsheets were smelly, the curtains were stained and the taps were runny.Food is not easily available in the evening. the hotel orders it for us.Overall the hotel is good deal if you have your own vehicle.

Located quite close to the highway just outside the main town, this place is completely worth the money. Beautiful views and great service as well. They dont have their own restaurant yet, however, they offer to deliver you delicious meals from a nearby restaurant. P.S.- The views from the terrace are breath-taking!

Avoid this at any cost! Too many insects in room. AC wasnt working properly initially, had to tweak its settings for a while to correct it. One of the staff members told us to turn off the AC while leaving the room. Worst of all, we had no supply of water in the morning and had to call the reception and it was then that they turned the supply on!

We really loved to stay in Saptarang with family. The room view was awe.We really like the Hotel hospitality.Great job done by Deepak and his team.

Had booked this one for stay on 12th and 13th Jan 2019. Had booked two rooms at about Rs****  per nigh per roomGood Points:1. Big and Clean rooms with big balconies. Attached bathrooms have 24 hour hot water supply which is a plus during cold season.2. Hotel staff though not very professional in terms of training was courteous, helpful and quick in service. ( Did give us early check in , though given its not a very professionally managed hotel check in and check out times are suppose to be flexible as generally is in such hotels).3. Location: Now this is subjective, we wanted to stay away from hustle and bustle of kolhapur city and hence chose to stay closer to Panhala. The fort is about 5 min drive, Jyotiba temple about 25 min drive and Mahalakshmi temple about 35-40 min drive.It is imperative that you must have your own vehicle.Bad Points:1. Hotel is still under construction, while the rooms shown on website are exactly so , the outside is littered with construction material.2. The balconies of all rooms are connected and your neighbour can literally walk on to your balcony if he wants to.. so privacy is an issue.3. There is no restaurant. They do have a small kitchen where you can order snacks and tea/coffee etc in your room only.4. There is no adequate lighting in common areas, we walked in at around 10.30 pm post visiting kolhapur city, and hotel was in pitch dark. with construction material lying around and with 2 small kids it was quite inconvenient to get to the room.Conclusion:I wont write it off completely given its under construction now, but till then you can avoid this one. Especially since you can get hotels with free breakfast and proper lunch / dinner service for same or cheaper rate in the areaI am not adding room photos since they are exactly as shown on website and no complaints there...
