Excellent functional exercises with innumerable variety every alternate day. This makes going to Gym Fun. Very well trained staff with proper knowledge. Charges may appear higher but are worth .You must take into account that it is like every member is getting personal training all the time plus the efforts the owners have put into designing the functional training and training the staff.

InBody analysis and measurements are done once you join and then on regular basis so that you can track the progress. You get weekly functional workout schedule at the beginning of the week so that you know what you will be doing ahead of time. Its worth every penny. Keep up the good work
