Visited to port number last week. Cash is collected at stores, w/o receipt . On asking for receipt rudely asked me to take back money . Paid cash to avoid re visit to store. On getting number ported and completing teli verification today, no service got activated. Forced to revisit store. Concern person at store forgotten to activate card.Got it activated only after second visit.

My sim card was damaged since from 4days and I was unble to register new sim card due some issues ,I searched everywhere in kolhapur for 2days since I live away from kolhapur other stores misguided me but lastly I came to this store ,they guided me properly and find out the root cause and they sorted out problem and corrected it on there top priority ...special thanks to Gulzar madam u r efforts worth now thats what the AIRTEL motive stands for ZERO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT 5star rating for there efforts keep it up.....And for CUSTOMERS like me if u really getting issues like this than dont go to anyother stores in kolhapur go to this store only ...This people will definitely help you out ........once again THANKS AIRTEL

Communication is not so good. There is always a tempered atmosphere always there.

Pathetic. Opens at 10.30. Timing on google says it opens at 9.45. It is half open and people are not ready to help. Pic taken at 10.13 . Idea store besides is open while airtel is half in its slumber. I Hope someone at airtel is taking a note of this, or else you will just crib abt loosing business to competitors. How am I suppose to reach office if your office starts at 10.30.

Disgusting people. Big attitude problem. Unhelpful. Seniors are no different either. No enthusiasm to assist or want to resolve customers issues. Their behaviour towards elders is the worst. Especially farmers who come from nearby villages traveling 10-20 kms out of Kolhapur.

This is a third class office. They enter wrong sim card number and make me come 10 times to the store. very unethical behavior. I am not being able to use the simcard for 5 days now. Very disgusting staff. Please, such staff will lead airtel to lose customers

Horrible, horrible service. I went in the morning to replace my SIM which had stopped working. I was received very, very reluctantly by an employee called MUSTAFA. Even after I told him my concerns and the urgency of my situation, he was more eager to send me off, rather than provide service, claiming that the servers were down. When I told him I would wait, he went on increasing the time I would have to wait, from 1 hour to 6 hours. Ive never had such a horrible experience in the past 8 years of using this Airtel SIM. I hope this is solely MUSTAFAS incompetency & laziness, and not how the Airtel brand operates.
