Very worst service. If u call to them, they wont lift. If u calling again and again, they will lift the phone and they will tell y u are calling this many times, dont call like that. We are customers, its their duty to tell about doubts we have. But they wont.Only when we are going to give parcel n they will get money for that. So theyll lift the calls at 1st . But after shipment they wont respond

Staff is very friendly and they suggest to go for express or normal service depending on our need. Overall good support.

I think in todays world, can you imagine an courier office without a contact number? Yes we have it with DTDC, Kolar.
