KEB was good , as it was Board ,both the transmission & distribution was managed by 7 board members, now Kptcl & Bescom have 16 members cache (32 members) , the establishment cost , & sales cost is too high compared to KEB ,still there are so many points are there to prove KEB is best than BESCOM

Section officer / Assistant Engineer of O&M hardly available. AEE has no concern about consumers and there complaints. No proper working hours.. There is No Consumers Grivence Centre.. No proper response to consumers complaints or issues.
Very poor, there will be always issues in our area about eletricity and throughtout kolar.
