Inconsistent network, especially staying in the so called Capital, Provide better network.If theres rain,power goes off or it gets windy here,the net goes off.🤡💩

Network slow and i get problem on online video class sometimes i cant even chat please solve this

Called the contact number provided for some queries. A man picked up and told me that it number was a private number.

These jio service is hopeless. I call and talk with them about my internet slow speed with voice cracking while making call.they told me it will be solve but already 1 year has passed and yet instead of solving the issue now its more worst that I cant send whatsapp text from morning till evening before atleast i was able to send text in whatsapp anytime and now even in midnight my internet speed is 0.4 kb/s highest speed between 100 to 200 kb/s. What kind of network provider is this? And if the jio team is reading this than my location is naga bazar,kohima. Everyone staying here is facing these problem.

Its a shame where we normal customer always suffers at the hand of a giant telecom server like Jio(not the central reference but a special reference to Kohima).Where despite all our complains yet non of the officers dare to check into it,to the service they provides in a capital we reside in .Normally to have a basic service of having atleast 1 hours smooth surfing it is next to impossible and yes specially a student like me and many more we dont want a good service for leisure or for gaming purposes we need a good connection to attend classes have a normal basic identity that a standard Capital should have not a nonsense pathetic service this Jio server provides.And yes why !!! We are moving ahead soon to be a so call smart city why cant you Jio Service providers in Kohima branch to move ahead and adopt advancement and sustainability ! We are not getting a free server we are paying it and you guys persist because of a normal coustmer like us who subscribe to it .Why cant we have proper connections where you win and we customer to have a win satisfaction rather loathing and depriving us .And why is it that if current goes off why does your server to goes off ?Shameful part is you Jio company (Kohima)is to disciplined to cut off the connections moment current goes off .Its a real shame to see such a giant telecom server like Jio in Kohima not having any back up .!!

I reside in middle midland colony and the network is hopeless.Checked through the Jio App regarding hotspot and tower but theres non available nearby.Cant load Google,Cant load YouTube,Hardly WhatsApp message works,Cant do any internet works.Jio have gone down from best to worst lately.Confused whether its the service provider from the company itself or it is those who are taking responsibility of the service in Kohima.

Dis days jio network is so horible usless

I have submitted my documents since last November But thrs no any response or update... Admn. Can u please check out the details solve my issue.. m just sick of calling u guys..

Not good jio does not look into technical issue in town.. Most of the people use jio SIM card this days and I should say jio network is getting worsen day by day

This office is for Kohima district. Jio is one of highest user here in Kohima. All the Jio distributer come to this office.

Jio office is a mini type office located near Jack and Jill store, Kohima.

It is a busy place. Most of the times, the customer service is kind of curt. But, atleast, you can get your concerns heard if you are facing some problems with Jio service.
