Delivery service need to improve.Wherever feasible, delivery to doorstep needs to be done.

Useless doesnt even bother to call the customer , the customer itself calls the delivery agent for the package to be delivered ,what kind of courier service is this better shut it down 😡😡

Ecom in other districts or states is good. But ecom kohima (being the capital of Nagaland) is not responsive (poor ......poorest value). Shut down the office if you cant deliver the package. A big disappointment.
