No SOP maintained for COVID. No social distancing and staff also don’t put on masks. The cash counters are seen mostly without staff and so it’s a nightmare to wait in the cash counter to make payment, takes more time at the cash counter than to do the actual shopping

Overall is good experience, there are two main things which the management of mart can think .1. Mobile network connectivity inside the mart (jio users).2. Stock availability for same product of different colour and size.

Well the place is usually packed with lots of people, the service is quite nice and there are staffs all over ready to help if you politely ask. The only problem would be the long que sometimes you have to wait since there are less cashier ratio to that of the people in line which takes a long time. The rest is your everyday shopping mall for home needs to supplies.

The staff at Vishal dont know what they are selling. Zero product knowledge. An average consumer will get all its day to day life basic needs there!Tip: Dont buy gym equipments there.

Largest/only supermarket in Kohima Nagaland. Cheap stuff of comparable quality. Very poorly and randomly arranged items through out the three floors with no indication to a first time customer as to location of any items forcing them to climb up and down three floors with loaded baskets in hand

Outstanding....got gifted with lots of free sugars😂....also buy one get one free is ubiquitous.

The product are kept at different sections which is helpful for the customers to locate....but there is one problem...the cash counter....one have to wait at the line and consumes time...also we are ask to go to next counter ....next counter etc which is so fustrating... Wish the people in the counters are more jolly and wear a happy face...

The products are good n fine in my opinion but all the products like sweater and t-shirts are same.

A lot of everyday products at reasonable prices. Products could be better arranged. I did not find directions/labels as to what is kept where. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Such a good and reasonable shopping place. Also the electronic products comes with good discount and quality. Bought USHA cooktop, electric kettle and mixer last year n is still in good condition .Recently bought OTG n so with good offers. Anyone should go for it,such a good quality brand USHA.

If you are looking for cheap alternatives of household items for your rent houses or temporary habitats then this is the right place to be. Super convenient since you get almost everything under one roof and it doesnt pinch your wallets.

Most of the basic requirements are available here. The quality of the products might not be the best but the prices are reasonable. The Mart can improvise by making more card payment counters.

I had an awfully shocking experience a couple of minutes back, for the negligence on the part of an employee I was stopped at the exit and my shopping bag frisked, anyone can make a mistake but none of the employees choose to apologise for wrongly frisking my bag. Vishal mega Mart, Kohima, train your employees to be more polite and respectful to the customers.

Good side:Its a good place to buy urgent stuffs; kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies.. anything to do with home supplies.Gives a lot of timely offersSome items and price are most suitable for a middle class man2. Bad side:The products are mostly of poor quality; some price of the brands are higher than the quilality provided.Clothes: 3-4wash makes the colour fade.Utilities: they get worn out faster than other market goods..products are recommended for quick and short time use but not for long time use.

Shopping mall for every household needs. You can get good deals for some items and free gifts if your purchase is beyond certain amount of money, fixed by the market owner from time to time. They also boasts of latest fashion wears in the apparel and accessories department. Nice place to shop in suburban Kohima.

The mall was quit big but due to the pandemic of covid 19 , we can clearly see the lack of goods and things .

This is a shopping mall where you can find lots of replicas with cheap prices.Its located in high school junction ..The infrastructure is not that big.The good thing is that it offers very price efficient products and lots of offers to avail.This is good news because the lower sections of the population can afford.Really good offers on food products{fav}

A mart with reasonable prices

It is all in one shop which ia located near the tri junction of tseminyu road, new secretariat road and kohima town road. You can buy anything from a needle to shirt, and from toy cars to edible. There is even a lift available in the mart which can be used by people who are differently abled perosn. It is a bit conjusted sometimes but worth the visit if you want everything in one space.

Excellent place, couldnt imagine that easily I will get my daily necessary things from here. Very pocket friendly products. Today I meet with their AC(Mr.Manish ji), very well behaved and also their store manager. Awesome in Kohima. Lots of varieties with full of enjoyment. Love to shopping from Vishal.

Not very organized compaired to other vishal mart. There was also foul odor while going down stairs below the entrance. Hope to see some improvement in the days to come.

Inefficient staff, specially the managerial staff. Items are never arranged properly, staff are never helpful and worst is the payment counter, most of the times only 2-3 payment counters are open and they card payment is accepted only in 1-2 counters. The staff seem to wear the inconvenience caused to the shoppers as a badge of honor and very proudly at that too
