A must visit restaurant. Good place to take your family for lunch and dinner. Its yummy and delicious specially with a cup of coke or mojito youre going to enjoy your food. The interior lightings are fine. The customer service is good and the staffs are friendly. Its located near keziekie bus stand (near Bluedart), so its easy access for those who travel by bus but inconvenient for who travel by private cars as there is limited parking or not parking space during day time. At night you can park your car at the bus stand.

The foods great bt the service is poor n staffs arent polite ..not friendly at all .Makes one uncomfortable sometimes

Stale Chicken!!! Every time I order for home delivery there is always some pieces of chicken that are not fresh. Every piece cost us... Please provide fresh food.

These few day maybe due to huge demand, we don’t get crispy fried chicken anymore. Perhaps they fry and keep it in the warmer for quick order to be executed. And the worst is getting some stale chicken. KFC india need to check such practices as it spoiling their reputation

Fun place. tasty food. always ask for fresh prepared chicken items. I feel it taste better then the warmed kept ones. everytime I eat the kept ones it always taste a bit not so up to the mark. but the fresh prepared ones which takes about 10 minutes taste much tastier and better. Hot wings are good and hot and cripsy is only tastiest if freshly fried.

Tbh.. The staffs are not friendly at all. I like the food but the service of the staffs are so dull. It kinda makes me uncomfortable to even make orders with the attitude of the staff. Honestly speaking, kfc staffs in other cities are the reason why I love visiting kfc often, they are so considerate and their hospitality is off the roof.. I will be happy if some changes takes place in the future. And yea I still like the food tho. :)

I really love the ambiance of the restaurant at the heart of Kohima town. The first time was on my 12th result day with my besties of Mezhur. Then became a go to place. Great service, great food. Its also a good choice of take-out food order because of the careful packaging that is suitable for any kind situation. It is always well maintained, highly hygienic and love the tiny spaces which makes it a great choice for photoshoots😁. Ill tell you, if you havent visited yet, youre missing the fun. Do explore before someone else does. Maybe the price rate discourages you yet you could keep it on your must visit list for special occasions or reserve some savings. 🤗. Heads off to the management team and everyone who contributes to making the place a fav of me and my family. We had the privilege to share the love of our dads birthday at our home with a take-away meal boxes where I learnt theyd change the regular fried rice with new masala flavours. It was a sumptuous day to have celebrated with KFC kohima😉.

The zinger burgers are always dry not even the basics , they charged 30 extra for a spoonful of maiyonaise. Very bland , stark contrast to KFCs everywhere. Rice bowls are always half filled with no curry and three to four pieces of chicken popcorn. Its like there trying to maximise profits. Preference to serve only locals . Ive been there at least four times but hv been served my order after people who have come after me . In addition there online number never works. Its running cause its the only fast food restraunt here.

Its just next to bus stop and near blue dart. A very nice place to chill. But they should really work on bathroom

Nice place to dine out but still need to improve service. Last time order Rice Bowl after taking the order they told me the item is not available. So I told them to cancel my order & make new order but they told me its not possible to cancel the order. Hav to wait for an hour for my order.
