Excellent Customer Experience.Top Notch Service. Extremely unique Gentleman behavior.Even as a customer I feel indebted to Mr Pushpangadan Sir, Of PG Digital Studio, Kodungallur.I had to furnish passport size photograph for my UK medical examination with white baground a detail i noticed only on the previous night of the appointment.On my drive to ernakulam, from guruvayur, PG is the first studio to be opened at 8am in the morning. That was my chance to get my photo corrected without missing appointment.Just before approaching Kodungalur bypass road, I called this number, which i got from google maps, and a kind voice greeted me on the other side.I explained my situation, necessity and its urgency , about which the listener was attentive and proactive, he asked me to whatsapp him,a soft copy of my photograph taken earlier.Third turn from the highway bypass and a couple of minutes drive i reached the studio with the help of google map. When I entered the studio I a grey haired gentleman with a pleasing smile was working on my photograph. In no time he handed over the photos as per my requirement. Unfortunately I dint had exact 80 rs change to pay him, he happily accepted whatever i had to offer him which was only around 50 rs without making me feel any bad.He even accompanied me back to my vehicle , wished me good luck.If you see this message sir I want to let you know you saved my day , and is a part of an important event in my life.Thank you very much for helping me at a moment of dire need, Great Regards.Sorry that, I can only give you 5 stars.
