Safe stay for family.. Home food is available.. good maintenance and worth cost of staying

I liked this place and would stay there again. It was a bit difficult to find this place. Great view from all directions. Good attitude / behaviour of the staff. Food was not bad.

Many times the room service was delayed of no reason. Rest all very nice including food.. very tasty food. Have to improve more on room service .. which is really annoying..even if u call multiple times no response from the ground team.

The view and scenary from this place is awesome. The sorroundings has got some nice plantations. The rooms are fine. Suitable for family stay. Breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly. The location is almost 2 km from the city. But the site is peaceful. The road to the resort is not bad you can go by car itself.

Good place to stay with the valley view. Resort food quality is below average. Would prefer to buy food from outside. Its situated 3km away from the city center.

Old and dingy place. Muddy water. Got diarrhea after a day of eating their food. They charge 80rs. For a bottle of water. Only great thing is the view. Receptionist is nice and helpful.

United 21 resort is situated at very nice location just 700 meters from Naidupuram village in Kodaikanal region and 1.5 km. From Kodaikanal. You can enjoy very beautiful view of valley from your rooms balcony. Food is awesome and special attraction is its dining hall, that is beautiful too. Rooms need little maintenance. Resort is very good option for group booking.

An excellent place to stay at with amazing view.

Great views from rooms, but everything else is a downhill from there. Service is non existent, food is bad, breakfast is very limited and bland. Staff cannot speak any language other than Tamil. And to top it all, the road to the hotel is narrow with a steep ravine on one side and unlit at night

I visited Mandarmoni on 27th May 2016 .This hotel isnt upto the mark .Floor & rooms are nt cleared properly .I visited Mondarmoni couple of times before too but here food rate is too high . Most dangerous is d swimming pool ,with high chlorine, we all including our babies got extremely effected with skin problems .

Not worth for money... un hygenic food and very uncleaned hotel rooms in kodaikanal.. pathetic service and i never ever refer to my friends....

Dont stay there...it is a waste of money...they do not give you water after they close the counter...horrible place....stay away from there...they dont bother if you stay there or not...bad service....they wont even admit a mistake they have done and try to get as much money as possible from you for the rooms...they dont bother you come there next time or not....they are the rulers...customers are not their king...they are....

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nigths in feb.. except location everything else is pathetic.. v basic rooms with bad lighting although we got the room upgraded.. and they charged for that as well.. u name the thing and u will get only one response.. this is chargeable sir.. even for room heater they charge u.. food was also average.. no variety.. everyday u get only ice cream in dessert..on the name of travel desk a v aggressive person was there.. never take the cab from there.. instead go to city and hire from some good traveller but not from that guy Richard.. otherwise u will pay double the actual amount.. overall bad experience.. bad service.. total waste of money.. although we like the united21 which is in Thane,mumbai..
