First floor office. Kallada bus boarding area. Unfortunately, seldom any person available to tell about arrival or departures of buses. Bus arrival at this stop is always late by 45 minutes to an hour. Hardly anyone picks up telephone to attend traveler quieres

Office of Kallada travels in Aluva needs better customer coordinator, as the person I met at night was not helpful. Their main motive is to milch customers in one pretext or other. Lots of improvement required.

Good Service

Kallada office is situated little away from other travel agency offices but can be easily noticed from roadside. Office is on 1st floor of Payyapilly building.

Pathetic service. Most of the buses are not GPS enabled. They do not give the details of the bus number plate. Also, the phone number for contacting the driver is not available. Basically you are in uncertainty until you get inside the bus. Things get worse if the bus is delayed, as you will not get any intimidation and think that bus has left. As if all this were not enough, my window was leaking while raining. Will never opt for this again.

Very poor service ..my bus got delayed for more than 2 hours .finally bus came at 1am ...the aluva Kallada travels waiting area is secluded area and it’s near the bar ..I was alone waiting there so I called police to give security till the bus arrives ..so I tell you ppl pls pls stop using Kallada travels , and not safe for girls at all ..Pathetic service ..#bankalladatravels
