We were extremely lucky ,Mr.Jose also accompanied at the entire holyland tour and he shared his thorough knowledge about ancient history made for an interesting great time. Recently myself and my wife went on a China trip organised by Green Channel. Hats off to Anil Jose who saw that the tour will take place in spite of all his odds. He proved himself to be trustworthy. Everything in the itenary went on as per schedule. We had a wonderful and safe trip. The four day on the Spectrum of the Seas was mesmerising. The best and experienced tour operators for Holy land. Experienced staffs and excellent management. This was by far the most rewarding trip I ever had. The tour was well organised. Our tour guide in Israel was Avi and Ala in Jordan. They were amazing guides, not only they were knowledgeable of the places we went but also kept us on schedule day after day.

I have traveled around 50 countries and with various travel agencies. For me personally this was one of the best arranged trips. Everything was perfect. Since it was my first time with this agency I had little misunderstanding initially. But once the trip started everything went on perfectly. The agency did not compromise on the quality of hotels they selected or the restaurants arranged for Lunch and dinner. The restaurants selected at Rio, Buenos Aires and Igazu where the best of the class with unlimited wine, best meat and traditional dances of region. The best one was the Tango dance arranged at Buenos Aires. The lunch arranged in one premium restaurants in Rio ( around 100 years old) was the Best lunch I ever experienced . And the Cruise trip to Antarctica was really enjoyable. The food was amazing. The best part was that I got free Wifi and free unlimited Liquor during entire cruise which was icing on the cake. It would cost me another 1500 USD otherwise. On other cruises I traveled so far , I had to shell out huge money for WiFi and unlimited liquor. Visiting the Igazu falls was another highlight of the trip that we had sufficient time to visit Both Brazil side and Argentina side of Igazu falls. I am a satisfied customer of Green Channel and I am looking forward for traveling with them for future trips arranged by them. The next one I am looking forward for the China trip in which they are arranging the visit of the famous Zhanggjiaje Avtar tour which no one has offered so far.

I had a wonderful experience with Greenchannel company who organised one of the best tours I ever been and I am blessed to join the South America and Antarctia ship cruise in January /February 2019.The Green channel staff in Ernakulam were very helpful they had excellent communications, especially Mr Anil Jose, the company operator who travelled with us and guided our trip so well updating us with all necessary information.The tour went as planned with no hitches.We had good food, high standard accomodation and excellent guides who shared their local knowledge I am especially thankful to our Brazilian tour guide Patricia. If you ever book a tour with this operator, ensure you get a detailed itenary with hotel and flight details, prior to payments, to avoid any conflicts. They are very much reluctant to give out the details and may provide you with sub-standard hotels/flights. As any other tour operator, they try to cut corners to save money. The director who accompanied us seems to be a knowledgeable person and he was better than the tour guides. A fair and resonable tour operator but ensure you are getting value for your money.

Extremely bad experience on the Brazil and Argentina land tour and Antarctica cruise from 29th January to 19th February 2019. The whole package became horrible solely due to the presence of Mr. Simon Anil Jose, who is an ignorant, arrogant, intolerant, incompetent, irritating, introvert. His inefficiency as a tour guide is such that he is incapable of counting the number of members in even a small group, comprising of just 20 members without confusion. He lacks courage, confidence, concentration, co-ordination,co-opperation and every other positive factor, a tour guide should posess to achieve success. He has no respect for elders and misbehaves with everyone.

CAUTION..!!!!Cheaters..!!. Thats what I have to say about Green Channel holidays. We gave them 2.5 lakhs for a trip to holly land. Just 5 days before the tour the trip was cancelled and they gave us a cheque of 2 lakhs. The same thing happened to a group of 15 members. immediately they closed down the office in Wayanad. Finally we had to move legally. The guy named Anil Jose Simon got away with 20 lakhs from 15 people. If you are planning to approach them for a foreign trip, please stay away from them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD AGENCY WHICH IS A DISGRACE TO THE FRATERNITY OF RESPECTABLE TOUR OPERATORS IN KOCHI.My parents and several other family members had the misfortune of choosing this sham of an agent for a Singapore Malaysia cruise last month. The representative who travelled with them did not have the mental ability to provide them with any sort of breakfast having travelled the whole night from kerala to Malaysia via Singapore! Bear in mind that this was a group of 13 people; the oldest of whom was over 75 years old and the youngest was nearly 60!Adding to this, the package included a city tour of Singapore which ended up being stopping at a restaurant for lunch. The trip to Penang was also equally disappointing!The only saving grace was the cruise but here also the rep decided to abscond not sharing his room number or contact details leaving them to fend for themselves!Not even worth one star rating but Google leaves me with no choice.
