These people are not on there own word.and every where u have to pay the cash during check out.these all has to be informed prior to the journey.these people are money minded .and they dont have a proper information regarding the site which all is open or closed.on the way they will change the hotel.it was a very worst experience with this people.they provided me a very bad house boat too.

Out and out pathetic service. Must close shop. Spoiled my holiday. I had booked Non AC sleeper bus ticket. Without informing me they changed to AC bus ticket. Not made alternative arrangement. Didnt make any refund too. I had to get down as no option. Be careful and if posie please avoid this bus operator.

They have organized the trip very well. The driver Mr.Rajesh took a great care in showing all the places and guided us very well.

Went on a car ride tour to Munnar, great driver, assisted us with some of the trip plan. Suggest to mention your preferences so you they can add value to your expectations.
