The staffs are very much helpful and find solutions for our problems. And the best thing is, since theyre one company now, both the Idea and Vodafone connections can be availed from here itself.

Very Bad customer service, Security were rude, went this Vi store related to a company postpaid sim issue, I closed the office and went there for solving the issue with the sim. But the experience were very wrost. This this why now Vodafone and idea have a situation to work together, youll lost many more customers if you serve like this. Now I decided that the sim network no need to be with Vi. Will port this sim ASAP thats better.People who whish to have any issue with Vi sim visit any other Vi Store. Here this Palarivattom store customer service is very bad, Not recommended this store..Never expect a service like this..VERY BAD SERVICE..

Terrible experience. Went to take a prepaid connection. Made me wait for 40 minutes. Took photo 4 times and repeatedly they tried to fill the inline form. In the end told me software is not working and I had to come back empty handed. This when the entire company is going through a major mess.

Very bad behaviour from the staff . I just went there to pay my post paid bill , normally I pay by online only and they charge me extra 450 rs . That I just want clarify thats the reason I went there . Security was not allow to go inside but inside chair was empty , also I wait there almost one hour to pay my bills . And I am sure it will be my last bill from Vi . And I dont suggest anyone for Vi . Sorry for my poor review

Very pathetic dealing with customers...When taking new connection they will say a lot of things.If we pay money for advance they wont update in system.If we checked about it, they will say that we dont know...By cash we collected the money thats why we forgot to update in the system.. Like so many excuse....Finally they will say that it is activation charge and its gone....With the balance amount they will wave off ur bill...Anyway thanks team VI for the wonderful experience...

Where you will not get a solution for your post paid problems. Went there with wrong billing of postpaid connection. Finally ended up with porting to Jio. Fabulous service. You will more reasons from staffs than a solution for your problems.

When Idea & Vodafone merge together and start operating all using individual Sim, when they introduce new VI Sim for the new customers, old customers with individual Sim got receiving week signals, I went to customer care of VI and changed my old one to new VI sim

A good store of Vodafone where one can purchase Sim cards, have duplicate Sim cards and recharge and pay prepaid and postpaid accounts. Staff are courteous. Recently, it has been renamed as VI store due to merger of Vodafone and Idea and now caters the needs of both Vodafone and Idea customers.

Very bad service.... I paid my Mobile bill using my Federal Bank Debit Card on 26.12. 2020, they diducted 300 Rs. but the money gone in favour of some bodys bill... I went to Palarivattom Vodafone office daily twice till yesterday but till this time they didnt revert my money from where they diverted..... But messages coming and warning me, they will charge fine of Rs.100 ifnot pay before 5th Jan. 21....Is this good service?

Very friendly customer service. Sure to Covid19 pandemic restrictions like mask, hand sanitizer are available. On entry take token and wow your name and contact details in entrance. Rest easy the allocated counter number person will help in queries and doubts.

Good location. We can find it out easily. Can park couple of vehicles in front and can park on the roadside.Staff attitude that matters. Even After attending a single customer, the concerned staff simply go to pantry or so. They do have the attitude that they are doing some greatest thing on earth. The customers will feel how insignificant we are.Staff knowledge level is good.Waiting time is more.

Not able to contact the manager of the vi store if I was able to call then I could have dealt with the manager about the problem.....a staff named athulya is being very arrogant and have a bad attitude towards the customer who talk with her ...if she cant deal the problems what customers says then whats her role in the store ...being a customer staff she need to study more about the manners and respect towards the customers....arrogant staff and irresponsible behaviour . ..hope this comment reaches the manager and give her the warning ...

As explained by so many reviewers here- theres no number to contact them. We have to personally drag ourselves to the store for every single thing. Now here comes the most frustrating part- they have a token system and Idk how, but they take a jolly good half an hourish time with every single customer. It is just plain frustrating to see the staff and the customer whos being served both sitting idle while the rest of us wait for hours for our turn.Had to spend over 2 hours just to get a sim card.Would definitely not recommend this store. For that matter, I would not recommend Vodafone Kerala circle either for their exceptionally poor customer care services.

I am less than a decade old customer in this store. Recently I took 6 corporate connection through a customer relation staff present in the store. I had supplied all the documents regarding the connections but he kept bother us for the documents again. A few days later I went to the store to rectify the problem. This guy has no regard to behave with customers. I recommend please not to got to this store if you have any issues. There are plenty of good stores in town

Store is open till 7 PM but shutters close at 6 PM. Limited seating space for waiting your turn. The security staff who prints out the token is quite helpful. The other staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Parking is limited, space can fit three cars but space is shared with two wheelers.

Definitely need to improve your customer satisfaction levels. Had to wait in long queue for my number to be called. No place to sit. Please consider senior citizens priorities. Poor souls had to wait in line with us too. Please ask staffs to smile when they communicate with customers , it really does go a long way to customers like us especially after standing in long queues like the ones we went through.And finally please use some air freshener in your place!!!
