Decent speed . However I find it bit inconsistent. Though we can connect multiple devices found just connecting two devices affecting speed drastically. Overall satisfactory service and so far no major issues observed.

For jio- fiber relocation request was placed 4 days ago. And none of the appointments were justified. I had to wait at home waiting for these people and no one shows up or calls. The provided customer care no for jio. The people responding are like automated machines. They dont have any power to help customer request. Even if you escalate no one will call you. They just take the money for router and vanish. Any additional request you require. You will have to run behind these people. Never faced such stupid customer care and management team in my life.

Went on a Saturday. All the doors were open, there was this writing at the chair, No service today The issue was I had to travel 20+ kilometres to just see this writings.To Jio - If you keep open your office like this better put some in it..

Very prompt service.Though this service centre is a bit obscure and hard to locate, the service provided had been excellent in terms of time taken, and quality. They also provide you the updates on service status to your phone.

Extremely bad customer service. Infact the worst possible! Their site says: Contact Centre via chat, email, whatsapp or call. Chose the whatsapp option to cancel my exisintg connection and take a new one. Promptly installed my new connected and conveniently ignored my whatsapp cancellation request. And then they call up asking for the status of my old connection. Then they say the cancellation happened outside the trial period and cut more than half the total price you paid! Would never recommend such an unprofessional customer service team!

On recharge, it specifies 30 days. But notice that the recharge dates keeps moving one day back.The internet is slow and there is no service after sales. It’s only a computer response orChat that you can get .Definitely not worth it. Better to use other internet providers.

Show some professionalism in attending the service requests. Else you will end like BSNL. Its been a few days since I have raised a service request. And I wonder how it got closed without notifying me. Airtel is far better in such cases, unfortunately they dont have service in my area. Very poor service and no body is bothered if any complaint raised. The customer need to follow up for each and every problem. They only know to raise the bill and collect money. If any complaint raised regarding the bill as usual will wait for the period and disconnect the connection. We had a better connection earlier from Asianet. They gave connection last week . And no internet after 4 days. We had been calling them repeatedly. No response from customer care or the eagerperson who came to setup the connection is responding to calls. Very pathetic after sales service.We took this connection for working from home and sorry to say that they have already let us down. People stay away from these people.

I took a connection on October 1 on one month trial after paying Rs 2500. It worked ok, though watching channels through Ott was annoying and I didn’t get NDTV.After the trial was over and I paid monthly charges, the service has been terrible, tv blinks off every five minute and any customer care number does not work.Is this some kind of service you offer after paying 1000 per month? If I had another option, I would have cut this fraud off immediately. Unfortunately in my flat, only this fraud connection is available.

Their service men are nothing short of conmen. Highly unprofessional and untrained. Their employees who go by the name Lejo John and Sooraj who were very enthusiastic in collecting the money from me have not picked up the call ever since. The one time when Lejo picked up the call, he told me not call him anymore with such issues. Their professionalism deserves awards and recognitions. NOTHING SHORT OF A SCAM!!

Really time wasting. For changing my jiofi battery I had spent more than one hour. It is funny that there is no rush of customers there. During this covid period make customers waiting for this silly issue is not admirable.

Service is efficient and charges are reasonable.But the difficulty is the working hours.You may be denied service after 3 pm.

Place is a shady building but the service was super. I went to change the battery of my jiofi device. Even though I had to wait for 1 hr(due to covid 19 precautions) they did the software update and asked me to check if the device works fine for few days and then no need to change battery.

Jio maybe be all about digital life , but this customer care center is yet to learn about the invention of ATM card payments and digital payments. I went here to replace a battery, a process usually takes a mere two minutes at most, but these great folks took zero effort to help me and in turn made this experience a terrible one.The staff is not customer friendly at all.They wasted 1hour of my time for replacing my battery.

Attractive interior, Security was helpful and had a pleasant face and welcome customers with a smile on his face. I had to wait for 1hour to get attended since there was an employee meeting. I suggest to schedule meetings after or before regular office hours. This was my first visit here so I did not notice the time delay as there are Quotes written on wall. Signs and Notices on Glass doors. When an employee attended it just took 10min to resolve my issues.

Nice Office. Location little isolated. Office on second floor. Parking isnt a challenge as of today. Security/reception single point. A computer based help/self-service would definitely be more useful.

Very professional compared to any other telecom service centre I have seen across India. The gentleman who mans the security desk is very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive in solving customer issues. The only complaint is that the staff is often tied up in long meetings and therefore less available to customers.

This is the one of the main Jio center’s in Kerala and it serves Ernakulam and its neighboring districts.The location of this center might be quite difficult to access, even though it is on a well paved street, but the building is quite inside.Cordial staffs and management, during certain peak hours, there can be a slight delay in the service.You can get every Jio products like dongles/net setter, connectors, Jio mobile phones, SIM cards etc.Any service or technical complaints and faults in regards to Jio sim or its products should be addressed here.On the whole it’s one of the best Jio Center’s.

Went to Jio centre for sim duplication. Before I visited a Jio showroom at tripunithura for the same issue but their response was negative. I went there 3 days to solve the issue but i was disappointed by their behavior towards customer. Then I went to this Jio centre and didnt expect much. But they were really helpful and solved my issues and cleared my doubts regarding Jio buyback. So it was a nice nice experience. Also I went there after 6p.m so probably it was after office time.Thanks for your help.
