Nothing special, as usual bad customer experience, telecom services should give all to private sectors , then only it will works properly, employees dont have any concern to the customers, they just enjoying their regular day time life in the offices

Worst service provider in the country 😭. Shortage of staff is the main excuse from the exchange. Problem is not yet rectified @BSNL

When Complaint comes, go straight to the register or register the issue online in one or two days. Phone calls are not taken. Note that those who take a broadband plan will occasionally have a net cut and will often switch to a higher plan without asking us.
