Fairly big Airtel store situated exactly opposite to Little Flower church, elamkulam... The number of staff available is around 10..they offer end to end customer services... The waiting area has got adequate seating arrangement.. The place is well organized and maintained.. Only problem is parking area.. In front of the store.. The slabs over the drainage are not in level and some are broken which hampers.. Trouble free parking..
Airtel customer care is one of the best in country. I hope they continue this and keep customer need in forefront always.

Visited this store for purchasing a new GSM connection. Met Mr. Aneesh and he gave me an excellent support in selecting a number and opt an appropriate plan suits to my requirements.He completed all documentations within 10 minutes.All confirmations arrived to the alternate number given as SMS.
Poor service with no knowledge of product or how to solve issues. Made me come multiply times during this covid period when everything is online and still couldnt solve my airtel wallet and airplane bank issues. My money is stuck and no one has any clue on how to get it back.
If anyone planning to buy a wifi or such from this place bunch of frauds in the name of Airtel never go there as long as you pay they don’t care anymore they just want to looot your money

Pathetic service. The workers there dont even know the basic info about what is happening in their organisation and needs to call their supervisor every single time even for the smallest doubt. Dont ever opt for AIRTEL PAYMENT BANK APP. It is a method to fleece u where they charge u 10₹/3months as SMS charge, which u cant disable. Also dont ever take a FASTAG from airtel for the same reasons.
Good service. Went there for SIM replacement as my SIM stopped working one day. They had issues while registering a duplicate SIM in the same number but the staff was so helpful they raised the issue, followed it up and got it resolved. Thank you :)

Dealings with the customers is very bad . Way of talking to the customers on phone is pathetic. Could have maintained proper manners too. Clear explanation about the device and recharge plans were not given at the time of purchase. Pathetic experience and will never suggest this branch to anyone.

There is no customer care phone number for airtel in ernakulam. There is no internet service in ernakulam for airtel. They are charging late payment fees at this time of covid and lockdown. They are sending bill even if the internet connection is not working. And one has to remember they are providing bill for payment in advance. No customer service. No customer care. No phone numbers.

Pathetic service. One month back visited the office, firstly they dont know about services they provide. The issue which I registered one month back its still unsolved. Someone visited our sight and ensured the problem will be resolved in couple of days, after that I got 3 calls checking the complaint status, each time only lots of sorry like a recorded voice. This is the service providing for CUG customers by Airtel.

I have a very bad experience in this Airtel beach. Branch manager was talked to me very cruel. When ever we talking time he he was try to slap me with his laptop. Iam a premium customer of Airtel. This was a first experience from a network company.The problem was my Airtel SIM was suspended. Last three month payment I have pending . That I was agreed but the way of branch manager talking styles I cant afford. Plybe alert friends he is not eligible for this job

Worst Store I have gone to. No importance on the value of time of Customers. They simply act to make clients go mad with their irresponsible attitude of not even considering to finish off our requirements in a hurry. You take the token and you can sleep for hours and still after you wake up maybe the tortoise would have reached its destination. Such slow paced. Officials please gear up. Give importance to time and speed up things with more knowledgeable staffs.

Trust me, they have the best customer service.I had requested for a postpaid plan last week and it got delayed due to some technical issues.But still one of their representative got my plan successfull .Sreeraj gave me a clear idea about the postpaid plan in all aspects.Thanks for his support that with at most sincearity he called me and got my work done.Airtel is so grateful to have loyal and hardworking representatives like Sreeraj and I’m glad to be one of their customer.
I went to take a new connection. They registered my name and was asked to wait. But they made me wait for 54mins and when i asked them why its taking time, they called me. The process to take a new connection didnt take time. We have to have our aadhar or any other identity card with us. No need of any photograph. They will take it on the spot by the staff.
Poor service. Not even taking a phone call
In my experience in this airtel showroom, Its short-staffed and hence causing delay and poor customer service. The showroom is situated on the roadside and provides no parking facility ,for this reason in the peak hours, its hard to get a parking spot.
Helpful but understanding English and the nature of the problem that stemmed from a combination of the AirTel app and being sold a SIM at the airport that failed to deliver what was promised was less than satisfactory. In the end they resolved the issue well and fairly.

I had a issue of not getting activated my sim when i changed 3g to 4g prepaid connection . The main supervisior is not talking properly and they are like cant share there number because “its walking store” . I don’t understand that why they cant share there number .

Poor service. Executives are not in seat, even there is heavy rush too. Even few executives dont know what exactly to do. Lack of training and superiors negligence on executive management can be easily understand if you visit there. Because of no other good option customer is there again and again. This was not the situation around 3-4 years back. Due to CSE support I took Airtel. I maximum use online tools for everything in Airtel now. But few things like AADHAR card updation, i dont see any other safe way.

Customer service is very shoddy. They dont have any respect for customers time. I had gone here to convert my out of state airtel sim to local one. They made me go from one counter to another, seems no one wanted to process my request. After a wait of 1 hour, my token number was called and they tell me they are out of sims and they have no idea when it would be available. Also met another person who has been visiting their office for 3 days straight to lodge a complaint and no one was paying any heed to his request. People are taking days off their work schedule to visit the airtel office and this is the treatment they are given - its making me consider changing service providers at this point.
