Visited one year ago, for an interview. The have oral and non-oral customer centres. A place for job who has good english knowledge. Starting salary might be starts from ₹15000. Also, they will recruit staffs who is willing to work around 2 years out there.

Dont waste your time here, they have everyday interview which really is collecting your resume and call back when a opening comes and usually you will never been called. If you have visited them at 10 am morning for a job opening and you pass rounds you probably end up only at 7pm night( just 1 hour process they try to make it as longer as they can). Now if you have passed all the test they will say will contact you back shortly and never do it, the funny side is if you contact them back they will always say will contact you back shortly and hang up the phone. Dont waste your precious time here for getting nothing other than some false hopes.

Its a easy place get a starter job, especially in the customer service area.. decent salary can be earned. Just walkin and do the preliminary steps..

Anyone looking for an interview here, be prepared... Most probably, you will be called to reach the firm at noon.. But the process is quite long and might go on till 6.00 p.m... So, plan accordingly...

Get there by 10am any day (week days). No particular need to get appointment. Most probably they will interview you. This will be a preliminary interview and you will have to come for at least one more, if not many more interviews before you get a job with them. Expect 14k starting (offered to candidates in March 2018) excluding incentives; depending on the client company. If you are an engineering grad; dont bother going there unless you are desperate (in which case tell them you have standing back papers- the more the better)- they try max not to take in engineering grads (problem with retaining staff I guess). Overall, it is a good place to pursue a short term course or career development in the daytime, as most of the shifts will be in the nights.

Nice ambienceThey dont respond back after the interview with the information what went wrong or what went right. Like most of the small scale companys in Kerala Sutherland also leaves the candidate without any feedback after the interview if he is not selected.

Sutherland needs professionals, but they have age discriminating policies which hurts people especially women who wants to restart their career. As an equal opportunity firm it should provide ways for people to prove themselves.

Bad experience,i got a call from HR of Sutherland to attend a interview for urgent requirement in Amazon ,they seleted me for that job , unfortunately I havent my pan card aknowlegdement slip in my hand for documentation ..I promise them that i will bring it tomorrow...but before i came with required documents,they gave that job for another person who came their for ordinary daily interview.bad experience,lost my valuable time and money.

No apt regulations and selection process.Their people call me for final round for amazon job at 1.30pm and wait me untill 3.15pm and saying thatSorry you are not selected...Shame on you bad...i dont want any job i wasted my 1000rs petrol cash ...Bad very bad..
