Not crowded but you can choose better products

This should be a part of Kochis heritage. One of the oldest and grandest textile showrooms in Kochi. Shopping for clothes here is something of a family tradition. Went here today (20 Feb 2021) and was quite stunned to find it empty... We were the only customers on the whole floor... I have never found this place so empty in my life. But to their credit, the place was very well maintained and the staff was courteous. The stocks were thinning, but were well maintained.

Located in an ideal place. An old traditional showroom. Good selection for ladies, gents and kids. All sort of fashion wears available. Very cooperative staff. Reasonable pricing and very good ambiance. Absolutely satisfying shopping experience.

Helpful staff and good ambience and also has a fairly good collection. Only downside is the lift which got stuck it was rectified immediatly and we were out almost immediatmy and i personally suggest you to take either the second lift or if youre well enough to just take the stairs. Very good collections especially cottons saris , cotton chudidar materials and ready made garments. Helpful and very experienced staff . quite helpful in selecting ,never pressurize or make us hurry while selecting.First floor is sari section with good collections of silk, kotta, cotton,fancy sarees . Second floor is Gents and kids section fancy dress on 3rd floor. yearly once they offer discount sales.

The selection of dress materials for which Parthas is known, has decreased. Although I went with high hopes, I was really disappointed. The customer service also should be improved.

Good shirting and suiting materials. There is not enough parking lots. However, friendly staff will assist you to park your vehicle in front of the shop. You have to handover the key to them. Good ready made collections are there. But very limited quantities. No much selections. Friendly staff always with smile and offered tea/coffee.

The prices are not bargains - if you are looking for bargains, this is not the place. But if you are looking for excellent quality material and designs, this shop is top notch. The staff were polite and friendly to show the varieties of dresses for our selection. Very much satisfied. The location of this textile mall is an advantage for easy reach. Moreover they do have toys for kids as well. It was a nice experience to shop at Parthas.They provide good quality products at affordable prices and good ambience inside. They have a wide range of collections.

Parthas on MG Road, Ernakulam is a textile shop of long standing. They have a great collection of traditional and modern apparels suitable for different age groups. Though parking in front of the a is limited, valet parking makes it convenient for the customer.

Overall, good experience, though not so outstanding as such. Selection of products are somewhat limited, and I felt the textiles specifically caters to some particular interests in general, rather than following a general interest. Very old facility, but is neat and tidy if you exclude the ground floor. Staffs helped us in picking our favourite Kerala type set and mundu, and also provided with in-house stitching person, which was not bad at all. Overall I have always had good experience with Parthas.

Large Textile shop in MG Road. It has a variety of clothing. Both stitched and unstitched. Staff are very cooperative. Price is ok. They have a parking space behind the shop. Few vehicles can be parked in front also. They give reward points also which can be redeemed on future purchasesThere is a large collection of running material also

They have a good variety of things and at decent prices, but our best experience came from the kind of service we received! The store manager, Mr. Suresh went out of his way to look into what we needed and was extremely cordial in the dealings. He endured that we got what we needed and walked the extra mile to make us happy customers!One Ms. Sindhu also looked into whatever help we needed and she took care of ensuring that we were looked after! The service is what made this place stand apart from the rest. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great stuff with excellent treatment!

Feels so 90s. Product selection quite outdated. Staff still trying hard - but their efforts are wasted because of poor product selection and very drab shop atmosphere

Nice neat and clean.....can get good collection all dress items......staffs are lazy dont wanna show d stuffs.....very less customers....bt still staff are lazy....Apart from that shop s very well maintained neat clean.....now stopped giving complimentary stuffs like purse, key chain etc

I have been coming to this place since 9 years .... The first thing when you enter you find two staff with smiling faces asking our requirement ... Their smile and service is more than enough to make my day ... Shopping here is pocket friendly and you get lot of materials to mix and match and in top of that the staff helped me doing the same ... Starting from the valet to the sales staff to the billing staff and the packersthey know how to keep the customer happy its a 100 star for Parthas !!!!!

They have great selection.. little pricy but very good products.. well maintained and arranged items.. Top class service.. We were very late to reach the place.. it closes by 8.30 pm.. They waited patiently till we finished.. The best part is that The Manager Mr Ravi Kumar took initiative to help us with our requirements and he even insisted us to not leave unless we were finished purchasing every item. He made us feel at home.. Even the rest of the staff were really caring and friendly.. Highly recommend this place..

One of the oldest textile shops in Ernakulam. The showroom is located in a conspicuous location in front of MG road close to Jose junction. The traditional showroom is being modernised from time to time. There are different sections for cloths and readymade. In each section they have provided alot of collections. The reception people will take you to different sections based on your needs. It is also famous for stocking branded products.

I have purchased a saree, its price is about 5000 they sold a defective product to me. I was a regular customer to their shop. When I asked to rectify the same, sales team didnt even consider my request, I didnt ask for a replacement but sales team on the first floor didnt took a chance to rectify the same. Customer service was totally weak.

I wanted to by some kurtis and dress for my kids. Unfortunately selectiin was very less in their 3rd floor. Found as very costly too. 1200-1400 was normal Ts rate. Dnt know what happened. This is my todays story.

The shop located right at Jos junction is hard to miss. Have a very decent collection of materials for salwars and is an option for quick buy for necessary items for your wardrobe. With a manageable crowd, you can always get your shopping done. The staffs are also quite helpful. They do have valet parking service and lift as well..

Always love to go, casual shirts and t shirts at the best, then my wife just love the churidar material section. Staffs are super cool.
