The whole deal was very cumbersome. The store being a highly hyped one on social media, we thought we would get a top stitched at theirs since it was also closer to our home. We sourced the fabric ourselves, and discussed the pattern with Ms. Alka on 12th Sep. We were told we would get it stitched by the first week of October. They also collected an advance payment of ₹500.But they called up nearing due date (October) saying the material was not enough! We came by at the store THRICE to get this “one” top stitched. The place has “one” parking slot. We were charged ₹4000 for the embroidery work (photo attached below)The first measurements were taken by Ms.Alka on 12th Sep, and we tried the top on 14th Oct and it was a disappointment. The master (tailor) then realised the measurements initially taken were wrong. He retook the measurements right then, and assured to get the perfect fit by the next day. We were really happy with his interaction.We were charged 4000 (embroidery) + 2500 (stitching) = 6500 (all the materials were bought by us)They did not address about the advance payment (₹500) paid on the 12th September (Enclosing the bill below)We then called up to confront regarding this, and it was then reimbursed.FYI: All the cloth materials were sourced by us.
