IMA house is a commercial apartment by Indian Medical Association. It has Banquet halls, apartments and is a good option to conduct small conferences and wedding receptions. This place also has an badminton court. This is located just behind the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.

Its very comfy and well maintained. we were stayed with a purpose of joining for hospital treatment. this place given marvelous silence and support.

Nice place.After recent renovations this place is so awesome now.Recently I attended a party here.A wonderful place for meetings, parties etc.Ample parking space for four wheelers and two wheelers. Fill time security is also there.Hotel, cafeteria, rooms, gym everything under one roof of IMA.I recommend this place

The property is not at all worth it. its not clean and maintenance is very poor. There was no covid protocol at the time of check-in, not even a temperature check. I dont think the rooms are sanitized. the breakfast was very poor just poori masala and appam veg stew, when I asked for an omelet they even did not give that. even the restaurant was not following any covid protocol it was buffet, they were not ready to serve in the room (we were the only guest at the restaurant when we went). I booked for 2 and I had to pay extra 700 for 1 person extra. They even charged for water bottles . There were five star hotels with continental breakfast s available at this price . Extremely disappointed and worst experience .

I have booked one banquet hall for my wedding reception on 18/04/21. everything was exceptional mainly Nilas food , large parking space, good staff members . only thing i would recommend is please make multiple options for stage decorations , giving exclusive contract to one company will lead to reduction in quality . Decoration what I ordered and what they erected was not same.Otherwise I will recommend IMA to my friends.

Good rooms. As these hotel is based in apartments strategy you feel like home there. Food is alao good at cheap price. Local doctors also come there. You will find this place perfact with nice surroundings. I think this hotel is value for money.

IMA was a total disappointment.The apartment was not bright enough.Furniture broken.No security cameras.Construction work going on outside the apartment building.Seperate entrance to the apartments and not from the main building.Very inconvenient with luggage.Swimming pool was under repair.However food was decent.Definitely need to maintain the place.

Its s awesome stay. We got room on 14th floor.. havg a full view of the city from the room. N the survice and behaviour of the staff was good. N havg parking space for our vehicle. Anyway its nice to stay here.. i ll be recommending here if any1 serching for room for couple n family too.

Nice stay

Fully furnished, 1bhk apartments at a nominal rent. There is a good fitness centre, swimming pool, indoor badminton court, a multi cuisine restaurant ( managed by Nila caterers) and lots of conference room/ halls of various seating capacity. The buffet breakfast is included in the package and food is tasty hut the choices are limited. It is easily accessible and has ample parking space.

The location is good and the food is excellent, but the most important aspect of cleanliness of the rooms is overlooked. The walls have to be painted, the mini fridge in the room was dirty. I had to change rooms as the one i was given first was way too dirty. The bathrooms can do with some maintenance. Overall, there is a lot of work to be done on the rooms.The food is great and i am happy that Nila Food Fusion Restaurant is keeping it simple and delicious. The service time is also good. The buffet breakfast had limited items, but it was tasty. Only suggestion would be to add a milkshake or another drink to the buffet menu.

Nice apartment...very good ambience...and main attraction is the balcony...Only one thing they lack...wifi in rooms...they provide wifi only in lobby which I dont understand the reason at these times since cheap budget hotels provide high speed wifi in rooms...Other than that its a very good experience...u will feel like u r staying at your own apartment...One more thing missing is the facility to cook even though you have space for kitchen

I stayed in 7th floor.It was a clean and nice room.The night view of the Kochi from the room was very interesting thing. The service from restaurant was good. Main thing was affordable rent by goibibo. thank u 👠Very safe and comfortable.

04.3.2020. Happened to attend a meeting and lunch at this place. Horrible menu and equally horrible servive. The restaurant managers and staff do not have any training on how to run a good place. Better to avoid doing functions at this place.

The place was horrible . For a 4 star hotel you dont expect torn bedsheets ,stains on the wall , no WIFI , old tv, broken tiles , no hot water,drawings on the walls and much more things wrong with the hotel . Room service was very slow . Maybe an hour after check in we ordered food from the menu as a part of room service . The order was very simple, just noodles. We ordered 2 . The first one came after 30 mins or so but for the second one we waited about 2 hours . We called many times for the delivery. Finally at 9 (2 hours later) it came. Please dont consider staying in this hotel and take my advice this hotel has nothing good to offer exept for its omelettes.

Nothing great. They need to improve a lot. To start with there is a kitchen in 1bhk apartment but no stove or any cooking amenities. There is one plug point which is away from table so no work unless u have a ultra long power chord. Mattress is just 4 or 5 inch width. Don’t expect the feel of a hotel bed. Bed linen is cheap and thin not good for ac rooms. You need to request for toiletries. No tv in bedroom. There is a small tv in hall. House keeping is good as they provide things quickly on request. Breakfast is average.

The hotel is easily accessible from all parts of the city and yet away from the traffic and the noise of the city. I stayed in a spacious one bedroom apartment with a pantry, the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and dry and the staff helpful. They also have an indoor auditorium for events.

This hotel is having 1Bhk studio apartment with indipendent attached bedroom with common well spaced living hall and spaceous bathroom. Good location and ample parking space.Highly recommended for couples, families and groups.

IMA house is conveniently located within the city with ample parking space. Equipped with pool, gymnasium, badminton and other activities, it provides its members what they require. There is a restaurant, bar with good food prepared by NILA restaurant Edappally. The rooms are well maintained with good service and with a reasonable price tags especially for its members. Finally there are 2 or 3 conference halls which are well equipped.

Great hotel with nice amenities. Services are also very good. Rooms have living and bedroom area, a spacious balcony, with a kitchen utility section and two bathrooms (one in the bedroom and another in common to living space). Its actually at the back side of JLN cricket stadium. Only thing is there is no much restaurants or market place in nearby walkable distance. You have to walk atleast 1km for the nearest metro or main road where you get all sort of things, but If you love jogging then its perfect for you.

Venue is behind Kaloor stadium. Very much accessible from city and its out skirts. They have 3 halls in 3 different sizes and proportion. Perfect venue for conducting both corporate and personal events. They also have facility for accommodation.

IMA house is located behind Kaloor stadium on kaloor-kathrikadavu road. I was there to attend a social function. The hall was good, can easily accommodate about 700 people. Hall is air conditioned and sound proof. The only negative is seating. Normal chairs with no hand rests. Everything else was fine.

Booked a 1BHK Service apartment. Provided with facilities like spacious rooms, neat bathroom, sofa, freezer, coffee maker and ingredients for tea/coffee, TV, newspaper, A/cs in hall and bedroom etc. The night view from balcony is great.

Average, run of the mill location. Run on a shoestring budget. Amenities seem a bit old. The managed to mess up a simple buffet breakfast.Proximity to the metro station is a positive, coupled with the fact that you can manage your end to end wedding to reception at this property.

Conference room in the 2nd floor was opted for the programme. The room had a round table to accommodate 20 people. There was a problem with the connector to the TV to display which they needs to correct.The room was spacious enough to hold small meetings and corporate meetings. Their services were also good. Went to the restaurant for lunch. We didnt opt for the buffet lunch even though it looked good. We took normal veg and nonveg meals which had a longer waiting period than expected. Food was good, including a small piece of dessert. But I would say service for the food was bad, as they kept us waiting too long, maybe because they were catering to the buffet more.

Excellent stay. One bhk rooms are extremely spacious with air conditioning in the main living room as well as the bedroom. Food is excellent and the place is very well maintained. Options for ayurvedic services are also available. Services for members include discounted rates, swimming pool etc.

Great place. Good auditorium. Neat and clean.The room is a studio apartment. has a bedroom, hall ,small kitchen area​with coffee/ tea maker and wash basin. there are two toilets also.The hall is very good, it has a Samsung Air conditioner, one sofa set , a dining table with four chairs and a teapoy.There is an exit to balcony , but the balcony was not clean at all and it is hot staying there while the AC is in my room mccb breaker had a complaint, which switch off automatically periodically and i had to call the reception more than 6 times to fix it.The bedroom is good but the spring mattress was too noisy and the wall paint had faded away... There is a glass unopenble window in bedroom. Bedroom also had a AC.

IMA house is near Jawaharlal Nehru stadium, Kaloor, Ernakulam. Parking lot is available. Very hospitable and ambient atmosphere. IMA hall is spacious and can accomodate nearly 150-200 people. IMA hall is air-conditioned and well maintained. It is used mainly for conferences, meetings and other professional events. Rooms are very good and comfortable. The service is good too.

Pretty much good but exhausted bwith the parking ...bthere is no much space for parking.... And no parking assistance.... We have to do it our self... At the compound the ima house is near... But... Out side its compound ... Jerky.... It have a better space of meeting hall... It was good but can be improved to buy more...

Nice stay. Toiletries, bath towel, bottle water and tea/coffee kits were given. Basically it’s a single bedroom apartment with balcony. Bedroom has attached bathroom. Pantry area has a powder room too.Food was okay. Complimentary breakfast provided in the restaurant.They could have provided a convertible sofa in the living area so that it be might more flexibility option while accommodating family. Nice view from the balcony.

Beautiful building. The ace is half a km behind kaloor international stadium. Take a metro or any other public transport till kaloor stadium and then take an auto. Their hall looks beautiful, perfect for get together and functions. Recommended!

An average hotel but with the benefits of a Service Apartments, you get a Living room + Bed room (with attached bathroom) + 1 other Washrooms (in most cases) & a semi functional kitchen (with Microwave, MiniFridge etc). All this for a reasonable price. Service is pretty fine & we didnt face any issues as such during our one day stays of 6 people in 3 rooms. Except that the person who took at the restaurant didnt keep up their timelines, which isnt very unusual for place like this. They had a separate quarters for our driver as well and we only had to pay Rs.200 for shared accommodation (3 beds in that room + Washroom / Bathroom facilities close by) - this isnt good nor hygienic to a great extent but i couldnt expect much for Rs.200, i would have probably booked a separate room for the driver if I knew this before i reached the place. *Now to the most important factor - The condition of the 3 different apartments, although on the same floor was very inconsistent. The first apartments was pretty good with decent furniture and no visible blemishes around but the third room had bad furniture and some very horrible blemishes (this was quiet disturbing for me) - their choice of color for most of the apartment including the exterior is not good. Some one in the hotel industry and catering to a budget segment should avoid Pure White as the choice of color - This naturally is very hard to maintain over a period of time and leaves some bad blemishes / black or brown / dirty marks everywhere, thereby spoiling the aesthetics of the apartments. Check my pictures for a better understanding. Tip: The view from the upper floors are good (6+) but dont leave the door / windows open because there is a stagnant water pond or could also be a open drain nearby which dwells a lot of mosquitoes. All the apartments we got had 2 AC - one in the living room and the other in the Bedroom, so keeps the doors closed was never a problem.

Excellent place to get married :-)Had a TamBrahm wedding here in July 2013. Went off without a hitch. The fact that there is the option of renting rooms also makes it very convenient. The rooms themselves are quite excellent. Excellent auditorium. The only downsides - room service till only 11 PM and the fact that the indoor swimming pool has noisy kids! Ive been told the badminton facilities are also very good. All in all, a good place to get hitched :-)

The location is accessible only by private transport or taxi, there is no public transport (bus) in this route. The general upkeep and maintenance is top notch. There is very limited car parking available especially if you are attending a social event here.

Junior receptionist​s were naive but the seniors were very helpful. Good place with clean studio apartment, decent amenities. Over all, I recommend this place even though the price is a bit towards the higher end

The place is a bit far from the metro station and has different floors that cater to very specific needs. I was there for a social gathering. The place seemed a bit too crowded for a big event. But theres enough parking and other facilities. They just have two small lifts that can carry 10pax each. Which seems like something a bit insufficient. Other than that, I like the place and the services.

The place is very nearest to kaloor international stadium. Parking is decent. The toilets are cleaned like a 2 🌟 apartment. Our company conducted a annual event there. The food provided is not good. Stage is made by wooden blocks. While dancing the blocks splits up. Accidents can happen while dancing. So be careful. Stage does not having enough height. The hall is not noticeable from usual traffic. So its hard to find. Sound system provided are decent. But not great. The hall area is good for a program with maximum one hundred peoples.

Place and all is fine. But hotel guys says they have an option of early check in by paying additiiadd. Inspire of that they are making customers to make wait for almost 2 hours.

Bedroom Walls were dirty, Room was smelly and we requested for room spray also but they didnt provide. There is no matching Of Room Pics shown by hotelier . Matress is also 4 foam mattress which was most uncomfortable at this price.  Feeling Completely cheated.

It was our second visit within 3 years , stayed for almost 1 week, and noticed renovation having more facilities, ambiance, car parking and open space. More than a Hotel it was an Apartment best suited for a family having enough amenities like Kitchenette, extra toilet, sitting room, balcony bottled water etc.. The charges for room, meals and other facilities were comparatively less. Rooms were spacious. Restaurant was having enough ambiance.The menu items having varieties of Kerala dishes were very tasty.Auditorium with Balcony, Exhibition, Banquet Hall, Lagoon Spa, Swimming Pool, and other facilities were there. The staffs were very co operative and the environment was very peaceful. There were many wedding and conferences sucessfully held in the IMA Hall..

Good place to spend the evening with friends and family. Staff is courteous and food is fairly good. IMA house also has many halls that you can book for any programs or functions.

They have a good set of halls available for meetings, small parties and the catering (I’m not certain of whether it’s in house) is also good. I’m not certain about their rooms. People have confused the IMA house party halls with the IMA hall on maps. Parking available opposite. But with rains the ground is marshy at places.Only negative is the location, which has heavy traffic on the main roads before approach.

Beware! Think twice before booking their hall for weddings. These people don’t accept outside vendors. (That is not good) When clarify it with the event management companies, they said that they need to pay service charge to the hall / commission for doing work there, hence they are not interested to work there. Pathetic! Wondering why this so…The managers there are sharing numbers of customers to vendors and these people keep calling us. Probably they are getting benefits from vendors. Hereafter never I recommend this venue to anyone.

Attended a marriage reception AT IMA house, located near the international stadium in Kochi. Room service was good and fast. Food quality was OK.
