Easy to find place, located on the first floor, accessible by lift or staircase. Parking is a bit difficult to find near the building though.As you enter take your ticket number through the kiosk installed at the entrance. Your number will be announced to meet the designated staff.Staff are friendly and helpful. We have been asked to submit our complaint regarding baggage items loss through an email which can be processed faster.Only suggestion is that ask your customer for at least a glass of water who have been sitting at the counter for almost an hour.

World class customer service and air tickets are sold economically.

Slow service. They need more counters to handle the large number of customers who visit regularly. The interiors are done to international standards.But personally I will avoid using Emirates airlines in the future since their on board stewards are highly RACIST and treat Indians differently. A perfect example is to see the service on board an Emirates flight to any European country and the same flight to India. The stewards behave as if they are doing us a favour by serving us. Despicable!!!

Came to hear about what happened to Shikhar Dhawan’s family. Similarly it happened to me too.. their checking in the Dubai airport for transit passengers is unprofessional. Especially to Indians.

As always Emirates service surprise in ground also. They have token system in meeting the customer executive. Parking is inside the building and the working hours is only till 6 PM
