Had a bad experience in the interview process, as I was first time attending a GD, got carried away with the topic of the discussion and spoke off the topic. Someone in the interview board,just slammed me completely leaving me embarrassed and very submissive infront of large interviewee .I felt so regretful and confidentless at the act, for the preceding days. I wished if they had been more polite and kind in dealing fresher interviews, could uplift the spirits of those who are struggling to find jobs.I hope interviews are more thought provoking than demoralizing.

Actually one year back I had a worst interview experience in this company. HR round was good the interview was done by a lady she was quite friendly but the final interview was done by a man he was too harsh and said humiliating words like how can you work until six, if you want to go home you can just leave and more.According to my knowledge I had found that they had already selected some candidates who had a strong recommendation.Job seekers especially freshers are new in carreer world and according to me an interviewer should be a person who should read the candidates by looking at them. If an interviewer lacks this quality he/she shouldnt be seated in that pannel.Really felt sad about this incident hope they wont do this with other candidates on future .
