Aabasoft is the worst firm I have ever seen in my life. People out there in aabasoft are unfaithful, two-faced, double-dealing, foxiness employees. They dont value or consider or respect others values or morals. it is so disgusting that an MNC with such untruthfulness still exist in the IT market. It is so absymal to be in such a dreadful organization.

I want this review to be honest unlike those who gave 5 star reviews. First i like to tell that its 90% a call centre. Only 10% is IT and IT related services. Ill agree to the fact that its not a bad place to work. Friendly atmosphere, supporting team and team leaders. But when it comes to salary its a pathetic place to work. 3 years ago when my friend joined there he was getting only 7180 rupees. They said that He will get salary hike after 1 year. But even after 1 year he only got 8500.(even a security gets paid more than 13k ). He resigned from there due to the job pressure and he cant make a living out of that low salary . My another friend joined there last year and he got the same salary (7180) . Price of living is increasing and the company is not knowing that (petrol.food.vegetables etc all atr increasing) i think aabasoft must look in to this issue. I talked to some of my friends working there and they said if it wasnt for friendship they would have left the company months ago and most of them was tricked to get there.many of them thought aabasoft was a IT company not a call centre and many of the kids from campus interview was offered the position of team leaders and quality analyst. Overall the company made its growth by sucking the blood and sweat of kids like them.

Pretty straight forward walk ins, You give ur resume fill up the form they give you and wait for then to call you in for The HR interview, the HR will ask you stuff about you & basic questions like, Whats a BPO, ISP, IP address, Modem & so on. Then theres a aptitude test which has like 10 arithematic & logical questions & the rest are basic technical questions about PCs, then theres a second round of interview, after that if you are shortlisted theyll say that theyll call you if you are selected. Dont keeps you hopes up, Vacancies are few and the chance of getting a job is slim.And if u havent printed your Resume before coming here, youll be in a pickle since the nearest place you can get a print is more than half a Kilometer away, and walking up and down that distance in the scorching heat is pretty hard.
