Naipunnya Civil Service Academy has a lot of negative points and few plus points too if we make an objective analysis.On the management part the Course Co-ordinator Mr.Navin is a below average person with poor management skills and creates unnecessary issues always with students.He has no experience in managing such an institution at all.The Course Director Mrs.Sajitha Jose is well educated and capable but very immature and shows partiality with students .On the faculty side,majority of the faculty are average or poor except Sanjose Sir and Devraj Sir. Sanjose sir is highly devoted to his work and his classes are both enjoyable and of high quality. Dev raj sir is also good though he lacks command over English language.Mathews sir is also almost good,but he has tempermental issues.other faculty are all too worse especially people like nayana and sreejith. On the fee structure side Naipunnya is reasonable.need overall improvement
