They give cars on rent on self drive under the name of EVM CARS and they loot customers(travellers) of their money with their hidden charges and theres nothing the customer could do as they say the deposited security amount will be refunded after 5-6 days in the bank account of the customer and until then they deduct money and send about 10% of the security saying you signed the papers these and these are the charges. These people are robbers who loot innocent customers

Just awesome not for the showroom but to the sales executive. Had superb knowledge on the product was able to explain inputs in detail and was able to answer my questions clearly and patiently. Which I believe is something that most newgen sales men lack inThe test drive on Tigun was a great experience. Superb and good refined engine . Tried the 1 ltr manual variant . I should say its super neat with awesome torque . Would say it was better than Kushaq ( Not only drive but overall look and feel)

Booked a polo highline plus and they said maximum of two months delay.! Its been 4 months and the vehicle is not yet delivered.When i booked it was 9.48 lk and now they are saying the price has just increased and we have to pay more than the booking price (around 50k more) Now they are saying the vehicle will be alotted for the next month and the price will again increase upto 20k which also i have to pay . They are wasting our time as well as money .Better go somewhere else and book your vehicle.

Went to test drive the polo, was denied test drive saying that i hadnt booked one even though the test drive vehicle was free at the time. No initiative taken by the sales executive later too. I received no calls or any other contact from them. This is enough to show how my condition will be after buying the car , if its already like this even before buying it

Very friendly and supportive staff in Volkswagen Kochi. When I was in Kochi.. faced a problem with braking of our VW Polo and next day Me and my cousin had to drive back to Mumbai. Me and my cousin took car to service center by almost evening explained them our problem and told them that we have to drive back to Mumbai the next morning. Our service advisor Mr. Ansu listened to us patiently and acted with sense of urgency and our car was ready in next 2 hours. Appreciate the support and service provided by Volkswagen Kochi!

Unprofessional, lazy, careless people. Handed my Volkswagen Polo stating AC cooling issue. Just after 2 days, problem started again. I am calling from last 4 days, getting pathetic careless response. Moreover, the person is not taking my calls from last 2 days.I told them several times to arrange a pick and drop service for my car. But they keep saying ya ya, we will arrange something and hang up the call.And this is going on for last 4 days and now no answer of my calls.This kind of careless, unprofessional behaviour at the time of this pandemic where everybody is losing their jobs and facing salary cuts, Volkswagen service personnel taking their service for granted.If I wanted a pathetic service/after sales support, I would have gone for a Skoda not Volkswagen.They dont even deserve 1 star.

I am very happy with the excellent service received and the nice experiance I had from this center. Staff are very helpful and courteous, especially the service advicer Naeem, with whom i had a very nice interaction.The technical staff also seems quite efficient, they fixed all the issues that I had told while giving for annual service. After-service performance of my vehicle was really satisfactory.Front-office staff took a while to make my registration, though i had given the details in advance.Ample parking space, easily accessible location etc are other highlights, except very basic customer lounge...Overall nice experiance than the maradu service center.

I am really sad about the service provided by volkswagen. I have been changing my sensor every now and then. not something i expected from a german car. Its been less than a month since i changed my sensor and it is gone again. Unfortunate part is when i checked the reason with the executive, he openly admitted that ABS sensor provided by volkswagen has this issue and it is prone to stop working every now and then. And just to add, i have a volkswagen jetta, not a low end car which can keep having issues like this.

This is one of the best vw showroom. There is a lot of space inside to walk around and admire at the beasts. The sales person MR SHIBU is an exceptional man who is extremely Frank with everything. He is extremely good in dealing with people.

Easily accessible service center. Regular customer since 4 years and very much satisfied. My service advisor Abiraj does excellent job!

Lobby is cramped. Many lights were not functioning and so Lobby was dark too. Even though there are chairs for many service advisers, only one adviser was present and noticed that he was overloaded with customers and naturally irritated to cater all customers alone. So was in a rush to finish each one very fast. Not expected from Volkswagen.

Volkswagen Kochi - a dealer cum service provider located behind lulu mall, manjummal, cheranallur, Kochi. We just went there for a small spare replacement of our car. Service is prompt and staff are more friendly. Our job was done promptly within said time. Lobby is comfortable. We are very much impressed with the response and service. Of course, charges are high.

One of the better VW service centers in Kerala by EVM mostly due to the people working there. In 2015 - 2016 year used to take my GT from my place in Trivandrum to this service center in Ernakulam just because of the people there and better service provided. Although I dont have a VW anymore :-D

EVM Volkswagen at Cheranellore, Kochi is the largest dealer of Volkswagen Vehicles in Kerala. The largest service centre for Volkswagen vehicles in Kerala is also functioning in the same compound. It is a professionally managed dealership with courteous and efficient staff members. Finance facity for purchasing vehicles are also arranged by the dealership.

Good service centre. Customers are very well treated. But flood claims assesments are exorbitant. More genuine treatments are expected from them.

Staff are not attentive at all, spends all thier time on their phones, took me over an hour to collect one car after service. At other service centers it takes less than 10 min!

Service was worst and it is very expensive and they change all parts instead of repairing minor problems. Last month I gave my car for several problems and they rectified only few and gave back my car. They told me to change both front tyres and goodyear and goodyear is the company they used for changing.unfortunately both tyres broke on the sides with in two weeks, which cannot be repaired. When I asked for replacement,they said there is no warranty. Worst part is that they did not explain me that there are different tyre companies which offer 2year warranty. I lost 10k because of service assistant jacob ,who did not inform me anything about warranty. I am very sad at this service. Worst experience for me in 3 years.
