Ginger County is quite unlike many gated communities around Kochi. Like other properties from Synthite Realty, Ginger County has a signature. It is characterized by well laid out roads, and neat and well maintained vegetation. All the houses are build much better than many renowned builders in Ernakulam. I had access to a 4 bedroom independent villa and must note the quality of construction, neat elevation and well thoughtout space allocation.Kitchen is minimalist not the most convenient, but has a neatly set up maids bathroom, work area and wardrobes. The house here which are on resale are above 1 CR since they are all above 2.5K sq ft, and the rent would be around 25K.Best suited for people who would want to settled down around Kolencherry, as Cochin is almost 20+ KM away.

Superbly designed elegant villas.. I live in Marine Drive Cochin. It took less than half the time to reach my office in Info park from Ginger County.Nice serene green surroundings with ample open space... I recommend this.

Awesome villas... 20 min from infopark Kakkanad Cochin.

Good property. However, rating bad as their Marketing/Sales team is pathetic. No Sales person at their site on a Saturday afternoon (2:30pm). The security guard asked me to visit their main office that is about 5kms from this site. I drove to their main office only to find that these guys dont work on Saturdays! When all the builders are busy during weekends, these guys are shut. I even tried the contact numbers (both landlines and mobile) mentioned in their website, and none answered... 😢I doubt their post sales support especially on property maintenance.
