5 star for location only and many visiting spots and streets.Otherwise very very small rooms. No room service no ventillation.If anybody is looking for good location only then go for it.For drink lovers during vacation bar is inf ront.

A short trip to Fort Kochi became a pleasant experience thanks mainly to the stay at Roses Inn. This might sound an exaggeration and pure flattery. So let me explain - the most attractive point about the hotel is its location !1) Located in a clean and lovely street lined with restaurants, street food corner and other shops - Rose Street2) Walking distance to most key sites - St Francis Church is just at 2 minutes walking distance; Step out of the hotel and one can spot the Chinese nets and the lagoon; Other locations close by are Vasco Da Gama Square, Indo Portugese Museum, Maritime Museum. 3) A Bike rental shop which rents motorcycles and bicycles - Oceans Pride Tours is 10 metres from the Inn. I spotted the place by chance and rented a bike for 2 days and a cycle for the next day. 4) Most streets with cafes and popular restaurants run parallel and/or are connected to the Rose Street where the Hotel lies. 5) There is a little street food joint located at the entry of the street. For those preferring to have street food, this is a good and cheap option.6) Beer and Wine parlours. One of them is located right opposite to the hotel !OTHER FEATURES/POINTS:1) Neat Room. Clean Bathroom2) Air conditioned. TV in the room - not so many channels though.3) The Wifi was fast, not something to be expected at most hotels4) The reception desk was quite helpful 5) The hotel provides water and other soft drinks (The payment for these have to be made separately during Check-out )6) Not sure of breakfast being provided as I did not opt for the same.To conclude, I would definitely recommend Roses Inn. A cozy clean hotel located near some of the best parts of Fort Kochi. Book a room, have a drink from a nearby cafe, take a stroll by the Chinese fishing nets and the beach and experience Fort Kochi!!

The place is near to the beach, but for the price paid the facilities were very poor. The rooms are very small and there is no parking facility. We have to park the car on the very crowded road side at our own risk. There was no toiletries like shampoo, dental kit etc. available. There was no glasses or a bottle of mineral water available. These are basic amenities available in any hotel these days. There is no restaurant or room service available. The justification of the high room rate would be that it is located in a tourist destination. But this argument doesnt hold water as I have stayed in hotels with similar rate that provide much better facilities and room area and is located in exotic locations like Goa. The breakfast was decent but lacks choices.During checkout even though the bell boy brought the luggage to the reception, we had to carry the luggages to the car ourselves at it was parked on the road side. This was very inconvenient as we had a baby in tow. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there would be hotels that provide better services for similar room rate.

Excellent location. Fort cochin beach, Chinese fishing net, St Francisco Church, Bascilica and Indo Portugese museum were at a walkable distance. Breakfast was too good and satisfying.

A very average hotel. The room sizes are smaller then what is shown in the pictures and not worth the price which it is quoted at. Bathrooms are also very small.The service is also not very good. There is no option of eating there though. There is a restaurant but it is open only for breakfast i.e. till 10:30 AM Also even on special request they deny helping with a simple cup of tea/ coffee.The only good part of this Hotel is the location i.e. Its at Fort Kochi and all the places to visit and even eating joints are at a walking distance.But there are similar places in and around as well, which might be considered.

The best stay ever had.. Hotel discounts were awesome and food too. Beach is a walk way so enjoyed alot and more of it. Loved the room and bathroom is clean.Reception services are very good and children friendly..

Can try a variety of food available in the street shops nearby. There is a childrens park. The complementary breksast provided in the hotel is superb & so delicious . The staffs are awesome and friendly. The overall service is very much satisfying. Roses inn gives more value for money. At checkout time we got a surprise gift which was so beautiful.The hotel is safe & secure for families.silent atmosphere gives us a good sleep at night. We enjoyed a lot. The hotel is clean, silent, comfortable, near to beach. The breakfast was ok. Customer service is excellent. We can get soft drinks and water, cooled, inside the hotel.calm and quiet place to enjoy

Located very close to the sea and in a perfect setting of Rose Street, this hotel is just the best for a vacation by the beach. Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff was also helpful and well-mannered. Rooms were exactly like shown in the photos. Overall, an awesome stay!!

I got a very good deal on this place. Very neat and clean, dont give a second thought. You may avoid breakfast if you want as there are nice restaurants around. Or order online. Its walkable from the bus stop.

Rooms are small but have all the amenities. comfy beds. ambience is lovely. breakfast was good. there are no pure veg restaurants in this area so vegan ppl might not be comfortable with restaurants around.

Its ideally placed in Roses Street next to the beach and Chinese fishing nets area in fort Kochi. Every other place is a walk away. Rooms are comfortable, budget, compact and fits for two. Surroundings are safe and the premises are neat. Breakfast choice is limited but quite satisfying. Best for traveling couples...

Nice location close to the beach and restaurants.The blinds/curtains are terrible and allow alot of light through especially when they hang christmas lights outside your window, the room is lit up the whole time....And the breakfast is also not worth it, white sliced bread and 1 cold curry dish.

If you’ve plans in Fort Kochi then this may be an option - an expensive option.Otherwise if you’re for site seeing getting in and out of this place is difficult.Rooms were very small and no parking is available. Hospitality was good.

Nice hostel,very friendly staff, clean rooms with good wifi connection.they offer breakfast on a sunny terrace with many options, coffee and tea. I was very happy with the choice. I would definitely recommend this place.

Neat and clean ! a small but cozy space to relax near the beach,, one suggestion is to rent a bicycle and explore the Dutch styled houses and museums nearby.. Room was comfortable, except for lack of basic toileteries ,, breakfast was delicious , the rooftop dining area is a relaxing spot,, unfortunately no sea facing views 😑

The position is 5 stars, really in the centre of fort Khochi, but as the breakfast and cleanliness I have to reduce to three stars.Besides the guy at the reception is really kindly and polite but should know more about town events (above all during holiday period) and tourist stuff (as finding a rickshaw...).

Very nice hotel with a wooden architecture The staff is very friendly. they allowed us to do an early check-in. They can also book backwater trips for you. The room is nice and clean with Ac, TV and hot water in the shower.

A very good & cheap hotel in Fort Kochi.The rooms are elegant but small.Reception is good. Morning breakfast is complementary & there is good spread. It is very near the Kochi beach & the Chinese net.The beach is very nasty & unclean. There is a nice park with very old trees nearby.There restaurant is on the roof top but except breakfast they dont serve any launch & dinner not even tea which is a disadvantage.

The place is clean and seems well managed but the rooms are really small but what really turned us off whas the fact that they advertised it as ocean view- NONE of the rooms have ocean view, in fact they are a block away from the ocean. The location is also noisy. For the price one can find much better places to stay! NOT recommende.

We had a very comfortable stay at Roses Inn. Pros:-1. The place is super clean.2. Customer service is top notch. They are very helpful. I was given an early check in by 4 hours. They went out of their way to personally go to the main road to arrange for an auto for me after check out. They are super polite too. 3. Breakfast options was limited but very tasty. The restaurant is on the terrace and it looks beautiful. No lunch or dinner options available. But there are good restaurants around, so we did not have an issue at all. Cons:-1. No elevator which could be an issue if you are carrying heavy luggage and do not get a room on the ground floor. I personally have a lower back issue and cant lift weight. But, they were very helpful and considerate enough to bring the luggage to my room 2nd floor themselves. So, absence of elevator did not turn into a problem for me.2. It is located pretty far off from the airport, but that is true for all hotels in Fort Kochi. The travel from the airport can become a little expensive. There is a rocky beach very close to the hotel, but there is nothing much to see or do there, apart from look at some huge Navy Patrol ships that pass by. But, visiting Fort Kochi itself is on the list of many tourists, in which case, this hotel is a perfect place to stay.Unable to add pics as I accidentally deleted them before I could take a backup.

This place is in the Roses Street of Fort Kochi. Very close to Fort Kochi Beach. This place is totally different. It gives a foreign type of feeling. Dutch colony n culture gets reflected in the every corner of the place. Roses Inn is mainly famous amongst foreigns. Budget hotel. Small AC rooms, well furnished. Only breakfast facility is available here

I had my worst experience with this booking. I reached around 09:00pm on Christmas night at this hotel and the first shock i had was that there was no dedicated and secure parking. As per the hotel, their definition of parking is to park on the side of a 20 feet busy road based on availability of space😔...Second shock is they were surprised that i have booked a single room for 4 guests (2 adults and 2 kids).So I had to spend another 3 hours in Kochi to find another place to stay and had to do a new booking for the same. ..
