If youre in Fort kochi, choose this place for your stay. The best hostel u can find, as its newly started everything is brand new. Hygenic, run by so friendly people.

Nice place . Comfortable place to stay. Good bedding and spacious rooms. You can use the kitchen . No in house restaurant is there but room service available from nearby hotels. Very cooperative staff and receptionist. Toilet kit provided. Balcony sitting is available for all rooms . Walkable distance to fort kochy beach and Indo protugese museum . Uber services are provided near the area .

The owner and the management of this property are immoral people, only concerned about the money and have little regard for the well being of their clients or their addressing their grievances. Even though I and my group had a lovely experience of staying at this beautiful property, due to some miscommunication between the management (Rayan) and the caretaker at the time, who doesnt work there anymore, I was wrongly charged more than INR 4000 extra and not given a bill or receipt either. After bringing this to Mr Rayans attention, and explaining the situation to him, he had nothing but his hollow apologies to offer despite admitting that there may have been an error by the caretaker. Neither is he willing to offer a solution, share the property owners contact, nor is he even willing to check the CCTV footage from the property, as suggested by me, as proof that we paid extra. Upon asking him to check with his accounts, he is simply stating that all bills have settled and they havent seen any discrepancy. This bent and crooked behavior has left a rather bad taste to our good time in Kerala.

Really happy, friendly staffs n good place for staying with family or friends, i strongly recommend for those who looking for a home atmosphere stay, they served awesome brake fast, its simple and enough for 2 persons, we can use microwave and all other kitchen equipment, 24 hours staff supports, good location,

Excellent location very close to Kochi fort..... Kochi beach and Chinese fishing nets etc. Most cooperative staff.

I never used to review but this Hotel and all the people who work here are the best. Very very very clean and brand New room for a awesome price. Bike available to visit the City. If you have to choose one hotel in Cochin, try this one
