Very bad .....not a friendly staff...very bad while calling them

From reading the above few comments given I really felt bad reading what is written about ARUN ANIL ..i felt like sharing my personal experience with Arun regarding the post delivery that Im sharing and a honest review .I have been studying in brilliant for the past one year and I havent put up a comment before like this... This is the first tym I am writing a review regarding the devilery brother ARUN who used to delivery me all the study materials provided by the study centre and have helped me a lot collecting those study materials for me when I was unable to reach them... ARUN had put a lot of effort and helped me each time when I couldnt make it till the office.... From my personal experience he is really hardworking,polite man and ready to help without any hesitation...If u faced any kind of rude behavior from him... It might not be his fault but a problem in communicating from ur side that created a misunderstanding

We are preparing a mass pettition against arun .....and we now its no use to give a complaint against you to your post master..!

Very rude experience from staff arun not at all able for this duty.... Not only me every one.. I just enquired about his service

Staff is not at all helpful. They have also given a two week notice period to a Covid patient to come and collect the passport from the office. During Covid and lockdown they expect a person suffering from Covid to come to the post office. They also won’t provide an email to contact them.

It didnt have management for queue but it has maintained servicesNeeds to improve in infrastructure
