Absolutely terrible service. They did not even care whether item was supplied or not. They failed to mention that they were not working the next day, and were unwilling to send item (we would have paid for transport).Would never ever return again and request people to reconsider other firms. This one is just terrible.

Please ask those who are present in the premises of your shop/godown to wear face masks properly.I see many bare faces, especially those who dont understand Malayalam or Hindi and they instill the fear of communicating COViD-19. Stepping out in public without wearing face mask is an offence as per prevailing law and order.TRY TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND!!!

The staffs actually there was not at all polite and very rude to the costumers,behaves in an arrogant manner, yesterday went there for a bulk order for an industrial perpuse they thought it was for a small order and asked for showing the valves and all, the behaved in a way that we dont know anything thing and was extremely rude that and staffs as like that they are giving as some things free and behaved in as a bad manner thinking of a small order, guys having self respect dont visit there, very bad approach towards costumers
