Awesome place to work

Mostly a vertical structure. This is within the CSEZ area and has three companies operating there in addition to a Muthoot Office. Cognizant, Sutherland, Williams Lea. There is common cafeteria at the 8 floor run by external vendor. Usually the food is good and available till 11 or 12. This is a common place accessible for the folks in all the companies. Friendly and Lively place to hang out with good food and friends. The building is pretty much a vertical column with just space around. There are two levels of sheltered parking, usualy it isnt enough and the employees use the outer parking provided by the respective companies. The road in the front gets pretty crowded often. The auto rickshaw stand is to the right of the building, next to the entrance of CSEZ. The security isnt.particularly friendly as you can expect in a corporate leased building

Facility is good. Neat and Clean compound, Parking facility only available for the client employees and special guest. Normal visitors most probably should use road side parking. Lift facility available for all the floors from Basement to Eighth For of the building.

Best in class commercial building provides space for IT Tycoons currently. Wide space for parking. Glass work makes the exterior ambient. Administration and facilities are also good.

Companies working over here are Williams Lee, Cognizant, and Sutherland.. Overall there are 8 floors including a common cafeteria at 8 th floor. Apart from that the companies have their own cafeterias. The facilities which are provided by the facilitator is good...

World Class

Really nice building good parking area. When I was working there the cab arrangements were pretty nice and good timings. Big lifts are the another speciality. Drawback is if there is no current we have to go into csez for job. I was a Sutherland employee.thank you.

Not at all hygienic. Poor property management. Riding a two wheeler inside the building is a weird experience. Staff and security attitude is not good, truly unprofessional. No place to park visitors vehicle.

Its Sutherlands corporate office a d the entry is for only employees . It have offices for cognizant as well as Williams Lea. I used to work here but now resigned. It have good amenities yet there are few flaws and quirks regarding maintenance. But the management is doing a great job

Muthooth technopolis is a very small tech park with minimal outdoor facility. Only one common cafeteria at top floor. But maintains the floor and house keeping well. No walk way, park and loan to relax and leisure.

Good, clean building. Has separate parking space for car and bike. There is more than one cafeteria within the building.

No refreshment facilities. No gym, no good food court, not at all enjoyment facilities compared to other tech facilities. Also, very less parking facility. No place to sit outside even if you wait to board cab. Security persons are rude if to sit anywhere there outside. Complete unhealthy place to work. Now it is getting worse here. Most of the time the AC not working fine. In the comments most of 5 star rating are the facility well wishers from themself.

The Technopolis staff make a fuss about everything. The drive way is miserable and ugly. Every few months they fill the potholes with cement and in a few weeks that is gone. This ia a very poorly managed facility that takes pride in the pathetic services they provide. They have an ATM machine in the vicinity which like most ATMs does not have money. Only the security guards are nice and friendly.
