Avoid... Wish I saw these reviews before! I bought 6 silver Hallmarked bangles from here. Which turned out to be anything but silver!! The Heritage if I could have emailed you first I would have demanded a refund! Or a set of genuine bangles. Perhaps if you were honourable people you would contact me with replacement!

One star for this place is more than it deserves as I was so immensely disappointed by the service. First they corner you and apply extremely high pressure sales tactics from which you cannot escape. When they add up the bill it is exorbitant, and they do not itemize the goods youve ordered. Then they require full payment in advance. When you receive the goods, they are poorly made, and lack style, do not resemble anything you expected, or ordered. I took one of my items back, and instead of their crediting my visa account, they gave me a Letter which I was to take to my bank. I now find out from Visa that I can only receive a refund if I have a bill on which they have described the goods I ordered, which of course was not given. They do not work in an orderly fashion, and only gave me a sales slip from the machine. I completely agree with all of the other reviews. This place may have beautiful fabrics, but they are seriously overpriced, as is the labour for the sewing, which is inferior. Do not be taken in. I am still kicking myself!!!

This place is shocking. AVOID! Extremely expensive. Serious nasty con artists. NEVER get clothing made by them. Very poor fitting garments, lacking shape and professionalism. They don’t stick to timelines, nor make what they agreed to, with advanced payment, thus you have no comeback. Just stay away. Plenty of other great shops to deal with.

Worst tourist trap ever ! Went there to buy some pants and they proposed me some ali baba pants that they originally wanted me to pay for 1900 roupies , i bargained but they didnt want to go lower than 1400 they also assured me was a made out of a mix of linen and coton , which was not since the pants was broken the very next day ...i had to go back twice just to get a refund of what was just a bad quality pants sold at an insane price ... PLACE TO AVOIDJust go to a local tailor its just way cheaper and better quality

Asked them to make a pair of linen trousers and what was delivered to the hotel is what can only best be described as a pair of badly fitting pyjama bottoms. Absolutely pathetic and avoid like the plague, these guys are con men

Taken here by the guide provided by the travel agent, Dakshin, I was pressed into agreeing to buy material and have it made up. When it was delivered it was ill fitting, one of the the sleeves was too tight, the neck was the wrong shape and therefore sagged on one side, the zip was too short...at a cost of £84 or thereabouts, very poor value for money.Do not be taken in. Avoid this shop.
