Bad service and rude staff. Gives falke commitments to make their sales. Once the order is placed they are not bordered about the customers. Yesterday i purchased frame and lens and while placing the order i told them to give bill with frame and lens prices separately and they agreed and told me that while collecting they will share the bill .To my surprise they gave me bill of total amount without mentioning whether its for spectacle or lens . I asked them to give bill with price metioned with specs and lens separately they saying they cannot give.

When I placed order they mentioned the lens brand is essilor but received a different brand lens and when I contacted them they said price will be higher for essilor need to pay 2k more for that. Very poor service and rude staff.
