I wish to take this opportunity to tell you that my Samudram Cruise was excellent. From arriving at the scanning office on departure day to leaving the port in the auto rickshaw on completion of the cruise everything was wonderful.The staff who greeted me and presented me with my cruise uniform of cap, sport shirt, and ID lanyard were helpful,courteous, and very efficient.The ship was wonderful, my Diamond Class cabin was far more comfortable than I ever expected and the ships crew were always friendly and polite, they were especially well practised at helping the passengers on and off the various tenders to and from shore.The chef and his staff provided delicious meals for us which we thouroughly enjoyed. The whole crew were a credit to the Captain and officers of the ship and I would like to pass on my thanks and good wishes for safe passages for their future.The SPORTS staff, both on board and ashore at the various islands were also first class. They were knowledgeable and well experienced in all the different classes of water sports, activities, and equipment. The meals provided on the islands were plentiful and delicious.I was surprised that in total there was over 700 passengers on board MS Kavaratti, it never felt crowded and mealtimes were never a crush, and I thoroughly enjoyed the warm friendship showed to me by my fellow passengers.I WILL tell other people about the Lakshadweep cruise packages. However, I will explain to them in depth that this is not the usual cruise package, that they would be part of an organised group of about 170 people, primarily Indian citizens, travelling between and visiting the islands as a group, and travelling on a ship which services the islands as well as carrying passengers. Having said that I am confident that they too would enjoy this cruise.Lastly, but by no means least, I wish to thank Sports Lakshadweep Cruise Tourism, especially Mr. Terence Joseph, for being so helpful in assisting me in arranging my cruise.

Its like finding hidden treasure...such beautiful blue water and white sand...the islands are so well maintained and clean...no wonder you see sparkling clear water definitely worth every penny spent...the cruising experience was also very good. Good food, clean rooms and very friendly staff...my 3 year old son enjoyed the stay and the food too...we are definitely planning it again...

Heavenly & divine probably would do justice to the experience we had in Lakshadweep onboard the Samudram package. Perfectionism in services is what the organisers believe & practice throughout the journey, be it from booking to disembarkation. Nice, warm and courteous staff on the ship, at the resorts in the islands, at the water sports facilities and the food served added to the pristine azure blue colours that followed us all the way. We have had really wonderful experience. It was hell lot of a trip ! Lakshadweep is a hidden paradise. Cruise experience was also good, everything has been taken care of. Food was ok and bit bland but its was done purposefully to deal with sea sickness. Though I didnt feel it at all !Minicoy was best of the island we visited though Kavrati and Kadmat were also very scenic. West side beach , just 5 min walk from front side to back, at Kadmat was not much explored but would recommend must to visit and stroll around. Totally serene and different world !!

Lakshwadeep - Heaven on earth. The islands and water was magical. Beautiful place and beautiful clean and clear blue, green water.The cruise , ship was marvellous and what an experience. Worth every penny I would say. The food served on the ship and islands was delicious and variety of fish is must try. The ship cabins are comfortable and the cleaning was done everyday . The transfer from ship to boat and to the island was managed well and it was safe. We felt safe all the time.The activities planned were again a great experience specially Snorkeling. My personal favorite was Minicoy and Kapleni. The locals were helpful and humble. And also the customer service was top notch . Felt amazing just all the time. We were entertained and my family enjoyed the whole experience of sailing and food and visiting beautiful heavenly islands.The only issue I would wish to communicate is, Minicoy was beautiful but the time on the island was really less. The arrangements were not great compared to Kalpeni and also the village house travel only for tea was totally waste of time and we didnt enjoy that last bit at all. Instead we would have liked more time on the Minicoy island itself. The travel was unnecessary and troublesome. I would really recommend to cut that part of the Village house and arrange for tea on the minicoy island as people will enjoy that more. Please work on this, time on the island is what we need @ Minicoy. Or at least give a choice to tourist if they wish to visit the village house or remain on island than making it a mandatory.Rest, was just perfect. I thank the whole team right from the time of booking to end of the travel. Thank you guys for creating a lifetime memories for us. Good luck !

The most unexpected heaven on earth is Lakshadweep island , I have been to lot of islands and countries . But this is very unique experience one biggest experience is the luxury of the MV kavaratti the big ship with 700 total capacity including servings the local passengers is the great efforts of SPORTS and Govt of India . As the islands are unexplored to tourist in the world and now its gradually growing , thanks to SPORTS and supporting agents who make this dream come true and not to miss to mention the hospitality of the crews and support staff in ship or in island was beyond expatations. I cant think of how well they could manage 185 tourist together and the food was yummy.The Marine life is very beautiful and its not much polluted yet but am afraid its gonna be bad soon and something this has to be collectively with GOI efforts they have to do few preventive measures. Last but not the least the humble and Loving people of all the islands they are so welcoming and very innocent. I did speak to lot of local Islanders it was great experience . This package is must try and I suggest for any age including family .
