Good service from Ekm to Blr. Neat bus and well maintained. Good speed, was clocking 95 kmph and the driver was in full control and was maintaining the consistency.Pick up was on time with well informed tracking system. Awesome, only gap is passengers need to have sense of new normal and always wear their mask

In the first pickup point,,, there is no office,,If we search office location in google,, it is telling woodlands junction, but there is no office in location,, they should remove the location for office from google, and stop misguiding customers.

Very very small travel agency, the passengers are not able sit here (no seats available/no waiting room), no rest room. The passengers are need to sit on floor (ref one my photo)This travel agency is running Parveen and New Lucky buses.Not advisable to book with this agency or online, Ive booked online only & its my Horrible experience with this travel agency.

Most punctual bus in Banglore- Ernakulam route. Its a non-stop bus and they do mention it in the boarding SMS. Prompt service and good attitude.

One of the worst travels that Ive dealt with. I had booked my ticket from Hosur to Thrissur and the departure time was 10.15pm. I was late by 5 minutes due to traffic but they didnt wait for me. I couldnt pick call because I was riding a two wheeler. By the time I called back, they had already proceeded without me. Ill never book KKN again. I have to wait for hours if they are late but the wont wait 10 minutes for me. Simply not trust worthy.

I informed them Im in Vytilla they didnt wait for me and told to reach thrissur within 2hrs they are cheating worst service experience

Kkn travels Price wise, a good travels, providing all the amenities mentioned, but while booking they havent mentioned anything on No dinner, they picked us around 8:30pm, its okay they are so puntual in their timings, but atleast they should provide 2 rest stops, bcz the sleeper we booked, the driver was so fast and kind of rash driving, doesnt even care that the bus is a sleeper.Remaining everything was fine, had a nice sleepless night.

These travel agencies need to arrange toilets/ washrooms for waiting passengers... transport authorities have turned blind on these issues...

Windows were very hard and difficult to close or open and not equally alligned across the seats
