Great infrastructureNeed to improve parking facility.There are four buildings in carnival infopark named phase 1,2,3 and 4.Phase 1 is the building straight to the entrance and the one right to it is phase 4 on travelling left to phase 1 phase 2 and then 3 is situated.Phase 1 companies: ust, ibs...Phase 2 companies: NGA, ust, IBS, EY, Fingers, EXL, SBL...Phase 4 companies: ti, EY, Delius, speridian...

One of the oldest IT hub in Infopark....many famous companies are part of this building...do have coffee shops here...also they have a dedicated carnival food park also...but parking is a issue..no defined pedestrian path is there.....lift service is a issue....

Place with lots of good companies. Limited parking space, poor maintanance.

One of the famous buildings in Info Park. Many MNC companies are part of this building. No food court inside the compound. But many canteens are available to grab snacks and coffee for cheap rates in many locations across the compound. Good office space but sometimes rats may enter the building and eat your food containers in the night. Safe for women. Transportation is available throughout the day till seven pm. Parking space is rather limited and sometimes our vehicles get harmed when parked in public parking options. The Carnival Infopark stickers are rather unattractive and ruin the innate stylishness of our bikes.

Good environment. Totally four phases. Noof good companies occupied here I am one the employee among one. Rainy day snap below

One of the prominent it hub in infopark, would find thought to find a parking space

Very nice place. Many companies are there. Gradually the software companies are increasing year after year. Parking space is ample and if you are looking for jobs must definitely have a visit.

Most of the buildings inside the park are old and have limited facilities . It contains limited number of rest rooms and have limited parking facilities. It have a few coffee shops and restaurant. But if you need quality food you have to visit the nearby carnival food court. Park contains lot of small as well as large IT firms, so for a job seeker the park offer a lot of opportunities.

Its a nice place with many companies, even though they must add a good cafeteria on all phases will be a help for all employees.

Highly disappointed with the infrastructure and facilities. Phase 1 of carnival is the worst. Its not maintained properly. Poor restroom facilities and there is no proper food court. Parking lots are there but not a good place for work. Othere phases are comparitively better than phase 1 building.

Carnival Info park...., Built and managed by Leela Group initially. Later bought by Carnival Group. Four towers. Not much space for parking provided. Narrows roads inside. They tried to congest the area with buildings. Building doesnt have much facility. A few MNC have offices here like EY, IBS etc.,

Not a single tree left in the campus. Lifts are slow and are mostly out of service. Parking is an issue. The road outside has NO STREET LIGHTS and can be unsafe during the night. Overall poorly maintained but the only positive is the number of food joints serving affordable snacks, tea and coffee.

Good accessible spot however parking is a serious issue ..no cars allowed unless u have paid slot inside.. bikes have medium parking inside.Remaining folks have to park in surrounding pay and parks or roadside which can be far if ur coming after 10

Great working atmosphere for IT people and premises are clean

Well Maintained and the most accessible Working Space.Lacks a good campus of course but is fine with the accessibility.a little bit backtracked on parkin facilities for all its occupants and in most of the building the elevators are really old and most times happens to have certain issues but the maintenance team always keeps a look on that.

Carnival is not a better option., because it has a local feel when compared to others.. Not a premium satisfaction...

Good office space with parking lots and descent eateries. Bus stop is situated just outside the compound and there are marts and other eatery options too nearby.

A privately owned IT park currently with Carnival group. A gradual degradation in facilities is observed. A good number of top IT companies have offices here. The security of the park is managed by a team who apparently has no clue on what they are doing. Migrant workers, who has no knowledge in physical security are seen deployed. Uber amd Ola taxis are not allowed inside which creates difficulty for visitors and foreign delegates. While doing this the park allows petty exhibitions of apparels in the lobby of buildings. There are no footpaths to walk. These are converted to parking bays. I feels the government pr at least the IT department shall inspect for fire and safety as well as health norms inside the premises.

So many companies are there but highly dissapointed with lack maintenance from authority side and the rude attitude of security persons. Also carnival premises doesnt have enough parking facility. Unlike from other buildings in infopark area, carnival dont have much space in open or guest parking.

A very beautiful campus. It is spread across acres. And has access to restaurants and public transport near by. But it is a little far away from the city.

Good companies, but less parking and accessibility

Its just next to my campus where I work. This seems to be a well maintained place with lot of security.

You get a variety of eating spots here and so if you guys want to try out new cuisine each time, this is a good place for that.

On the entry to infopari carnival stand apart from the different similar kind of facilitators. Parking facilities are provided in priority basis but hard to find a parking for the visitors or to public reaches for certain needs. Security measures and the management of the institution is appreciable

4 Phases and consist of different companies. Chillax is there in phase 2 building. Ice cream factory in phase 3. If your hungry food is available within carnival infopark

Carnival Infopark is a 4 phase of building run by Carnival Group, previously it was ran by Leela Group. MNC like EY, EXL, Fullcontact is working in each phases. Thousands of employees are working with these MNCs

Good place to start your career

Super place. Staff friendly atmosphere. Easy to notify.

Techies place. Lot of teir IT companies present. Food court available. Snacks available. Easily visible from road. Only resevred car parking present. If you dont have reserved parking you will have to park vehicles on the road sides, which is risky or else will have to resort to paid parkings which is also limited and at a distance. Public transport is available, but only till 8 at night.

No probs, have a lot of companies there, good enough infrastructure also

Substandard. Need to provide adequate parking and other facilities. Not sure if there was any vision or plan while constructing this park.

There are different varaties of food items. They have different counters for each type of food items like south; north; chineese; CFC; Bayleaf, etc. Also there is a cake shop Bubble with lots different varaties with such good taste.Its a good place to spent time with your family and your loved ones. Does have enough space to occupy a big crowd

Technology spaces. Biggest draw back is lack of sufficient parking placea. No proper walk ways. Doesnt allow online taxis which ia difficult for pregnant ladies and persons with walking problems. Security is not so strict. Making every corner a shop which is a threat to people security in case of fire or sudden evacuation. Security not well trained to face a sudden situations. Lift is totally failure. Everytime you come across some trouble lifts. Either they are stopped or get stopped during transit.

Great facility - good office spaces, variety of eateries. The 4 elevators are unable to handle peak hour rushes. Parking spaces are insufficient.

There are four buildings in Carnival Infopark. The first building or phase 1 was commissioned in 2006. (Refer photo taken in 2007). Initially belonged to Leela group, sold to Carnival. After Carnival took over every inch of space is rented! The campus is cramped with buildings and parking. There is no emergency/fire assembly place really - of course you have places designated so. Right side of the entrance is Phase 4, infront of you is phase 1, towards left back of phase 1 is phase 2 and again a left you reach phase 3. Major companies are Confident (phase 3 & 1), EXL (Phase 2,3,4), IBS, Fingent etc.
