Best place to purchase all types of Car accessories in Low price and best quality in Kochi.

Went to this place to get a steering hub for my car but when I got to the garage to get the hub fitted, we noticed that the hub didnt have any pre-drilled holes. I called Automall back and they immediately understood the issue and gave me a replacement hub. Really loved the customer service and they have a wide range of products for your car. From sound systems, alloy wheels to basic interior accessories such as air fresheners. Really happy with the customer service! Would recommend the shop to anyone looking for car accessories!

Very disappointed.I have fixed reverse camera kit for car. They have charged 9500/-for this where as the MRP is 8500/-They have charged separately for camera as the camera in kit is of not god quality and added a different camera. Nice way of cheating people.Be careful while purchasing.

Huge buildup and Costly . End of the day very unprofessional job. Make my doors full of scratches with a 20k bill. Being in a prime location with large showroom doesn’t make professional team. Real love to the job is important for quality output .Don’t try your luck . Stay away from them .

You get wide varieties of products in single place. But in my experience the service is very bad. I had done a vinyl flooring here and they didnt give me on time. They promised that they will done the work within 3 hours but they took 6 hours to complete the work. Even if it is they didnt tight the driver seats properly. By gods grace i can reach my home safely without loosing my control on my car. So my request to you check all things before you leaving from there.

Excellent place for car accessories, They have a wide range of quality products from ordinary cars to premium. Pricing is also very much affordable. People inside the shop are very much friendly and experts in the area.

Very dissapointing service. I went there to change the brake lights. Firstly they wont allow us to see the work being done. The paint got cut by spanner i think. That was cleared during service. Then the main issue. Water leaked in the boot door and the autolock sensor was damaged. Went to the service center and they told me non of the rubber boots were put in place. It was completely open from inside. I contacted this shop many times and the reply was very pathetic. This is the proffessinalism they show towards their work. Very very disapointing from such a reputed shop.

Bad behavior from staffs, even though the shop was not filled with customers the staff was in a hurry to go and sit on his chair after showing some products without details and all..The behavior is like... Buy or not buy, clear the place immediately.. I cant stand here so long.. Ok im going to my chair. You stay there and look..I visited the shop by seeing there YouTube videos.. by riding 120 kilometers on my bike.. Later i leave the place without any purchase..Be ready to close the shop within 2 - 4 years if this is going to continue..

Very bad service. No one should go here for any reason. They are catching us. I bought a stereo from there and it came complete. They bought it for twenty thousand rupees and bought it for twenty thousand rupees.Then they gave me an old stereo and told me that I had a record of them talking and in the end they agreed. Those who need proof will approach me and I will show them everything Please do not let anyone go here. Contact the shop at Pallimukku. There is good service and good product

I planned to buy an led bulb for my honda city and approached Automall near Lulu mall, Kochi. The two things I wanted in my bulb were: 1. Should have good intensity 2. Should not have a blue tint .Both the needs were considered and a h11 osaram led bulb was suggestedAfter hearing my needs,the executive Mr. Jayan suggested a bulb. I bought it and placed it in my vehicle . Its sad to say that i couldnt see the light . At that moment i realised I was being cheated. Next day i went to Automall with the bulb and asked him for the repayment. .During the repayment procedure the executive Mr. Jayan argued with me and raised hands to slap me . This is the way a customer is treated in Automall Edapally , kochi.

It is too expensive. Given the locality it could be justified but why would anyone go there when same products are available for less than half the price in other shops????Only advantage is that they work on Sundays too!!! That too in Kochi! Else its pretty useless and Extremely expensive...

Went to this place on my friends suggestion. The diffuser on my car baleno costed me 2900 which I found to be reasonable. When I checked the price for the same on a nearby shop they quoted me 3800 rs . The fitting was done in a few minutes too..

I went this shop with lots of expectations but experienced very bad treatment.This month (Dec 2020) i went this shop for upgrading my fog lamp bulb (that was my second time approach after watching Arun Smokie video) and fixing led strip for bottom of my front seats. The concern guy who was there told me that they dont have stock for the same bulb and he tried to change my mind for upgrading to led. But i told my decision that i dont want to install led instead of normal bulb because it is very high price (6000 plus). Finally he got the Osram night breaker fog bulb when he understood that i will leave without purchasing any product.I felt that he is not happy due to the same reason (may be it is my feeling only). I waited there more than 1 hour for installing the same. The concern person told me in between that led strip 4 nos required for better view (1 led strip cost is 400 plus) but i strongly said that i required 2 nos only because already i did led strip front side. After all he said that everything completed and i paid 4000INR for this simple changes (I think his target was 8000 plus). I was suppose to leave from the shop but i felt something fishy and i decided to check the spare bulb(usually old bulb will give back to the customer after upgrading). I did not found anywhere inside my vehicle and i simply checked my fog lamp then i was shocked, they did not changed and i paid bill (big cheating). Immediately i went to the concern person and i asked this matter then he said that everything was already done. Then I asked my old bulb back. Then he called the person who did service and then he realized that bulb did not changed. (The manager) He did not have courtesy to check whether the work has completed properly or not. He dont feel shame (ഉളുപ്പ് ) after doing this all, dont have a smiling face when the customer approach for something to buy (not mandatory but for me i like smiling face) and dont know know how to treat customers. May be he dont want anyone to come.Therefore hereafter i will never go to this shop for my future purchase and i wont recommend anyone to go in this shop.

Shop is good ,wide selection of accessories,but wait,should we pay a premium for it? Price is too much for small items eg :i paid 7500 for an air purifier,sharp IG-DC2E-B, for which MRP is 10k written in the box,4900 in Amazon,similar price at shops outside kerala.i had no other option so got it from there.all small items are priced similarly. Avoid at any cost.if you need car accessories goto some other shops In chakkaraparampu area or do a research and go to other cities like Coimbatore/Bangalore,still you get your stuff cheap even after including all diesel toll food expenses! My 2 cents to the business owners:please have a look at how brick and mortar stores like Macys suffered the pricing war with ecom giants like amazon

Basic stuff like headlamp bulbs for even popular models are not available. Also staff are not very supportive or friendly. Sometimes you are told a part is available over phone but you reach there only to hear it is not in stock. Needs improvement in customer service.

This shop dosent know how to welcome a customer. i saw arun smokis video and decided to go there. The worker who helped arun only in video he has that personality we entered the shop and for first 2 mins all these workers were minding different thing didnt even ask us a single thing. then we had to ask 2-3 employs then they started helping us out. Then we went to another section for checking out these guys just kept us waiting. as they were minding their own business. only for famous people they care. especially that employ in arun smokis video.

My friend had a bad experience from here. His seat cover got damaged in just 6 months and when asked for a change they was telling unnecessary excuses after 3 times visit

Not the status quo to qualify for a mall as the main focus is on after market sterio, headlamps and alloys as the typical folks. Not a good experience with the fitment as it was hasty and not a reliable one. Prices are steep. My take - Dont go with expectations!

Went to enquire about speakers. The sales man is not at all hearing our demands and pushing products as per wish. In the middle, he went to attend other customer without even informing ! Cost for speakers as per MRP with some reduction !

Very poor service...irresponsible manager...I went two times to buy spare wheel cover for my car I am from vypin each time i went there they told me to wait for 5 minutes and it had even gone up to 2 hours and finally on the third day I called them on the previous day to get things ready and they even agreed that and I went angine the story was the same they asked me to wait for five minutes and that five minutes never ended not even after 2 hours...I dont understand why these people do not value the time of others? I am very disappointed and not at all satisfied with the experience that I had...

Went here to fix LED headlamps and a horn for my car. I found the service very good and welcoming staff as well. Got the LED bulbs loosened from the socket after a week of driving and I had to visit this place to fix it again. So...yes..the place is good with nice collection of auto accessories..however..make sure they are fixing it right..

Excellent service. Mr.Jayan is a very humble person who has a team of highly skilled and committed technicians. Even a smallest problem was taken care by specific trained professional and were fixed without any additional charges which i truly appreciate. Accessories price were reasonable and very low service charge. Very neat work. I highly recommend for all your Car accessory needs.

Have visited the shop 2 or 3 times in last 2 years., but still same experience from the staff. All accessories which is priced on higher side compared to other shops around kochi. And staff was very hesitant to answer my queries and after asking continuous doubts he wanted us to leave the shop. Went to another shop in edappally itself and got the accessories in cheaper price.

Almost every car accessories you will get from here. Most of the accessories are premium or high quality items. There is wheel alignment and balancing done here... also we can buy tyres and alloy wheels.I gone there to buy interior foam cleaner , where I got a decent one of high quality... also the ambiance is great.... but you need to plan before what to buy otherwise you will be lost.. 🙉

A good shop with latest and different good collections of all car accessories especially sound systems. The staffs are very well experienced especially Mr.Dileep who is a very specialized in sound systems. I had installed a Pioneer stereo and Morel speakers which is recommended by Dileep on my Innova Crysta. It sounds great and thanks to all team especially Dileep.

The store manager is somebody about whom everyone coming to the store should know. I wanted to purchase Michelin tyre from the store. He told me the price was Rs.5100. I told I could get t for 4500 from a store nearby and I was on my way to that shop.As soon as heard it he reduced the price to 4550.He behaved as if we came begging for something.He had no decency in his words.He made me wait for hours after the wheel alignment for warranty certificate which didnt happen even after that.

Bad Bad Bad. Guys, dont go here for your car accessories. I went there twice. Hated the shop both times. Last time I went to get some LEDs for interior lights. I specifically told my cars make and model like twice. Paid the bill and went out to the back for the service guys to install it. They did not even know how to open the damn reflector. I noticed it and I took it out before the installation guy was going to break it. And finally, just before installing, the bulb didnt fit. He went back to the store and bought a new bulb. The sales person did this sub standard trick where I paid for expensive bulb and changed the product just before installation to a cheap one. They are worthless.The first time I went there, I saw a BMW owner fighting with the shop owner. He had purchased something that had cost around Rs. 10K. Being the product defective, he was returning it and owner wasnt agreeing to it. Just leave this place for accessories. Youll bring yourself a headache.
