Started functioning from 5th of August 2019 .Equipped with a division bench comprising of a Judicial Member and a Technical Member , along with a full fledged registry .All cases pertaining to Companies Act ,2013 and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 , can be filed with the NCLT registry .
