Really helpful for people living outside Kerala/India. I found Shopdoc while I was searching online and thought of giving it a try. Got appointment with Dr and it went very smooth. Excellent customer service that helped to find right Dr at right time. Special thanks to Sheleen at customer service! It would be great if appointment availability is shown as real time. Let me tell you that, I had few issues with the app in the beginning. Being one of the startup initiative these are expected. But I got moved by their awesome responsive support team. They were with me till I met the doctor. They made sure that I get the appointment and meet the doctor. Hats off to the team.
